We always asked for a man named Joe and over the many, MANY years of me recommending this tax service I was shocked, dismayed and angry that he screwed up my 90 yr old mother's tax's from 2015. He "forgot" to put in her Social Security money. Now u ask me how a account would forget a 86 yr olds SS money when he's been doing her tax's for approx 10 yrs. now she gets a letter from IRS saying she owes 875$. I of course think H&M tax services will offer to pay 1/2 b/c it was , as he admitted to me verbally, his fault BUT GUESS WHAT... that's right folks he refuses. My mom is on a fixed income , Reverse Mortgage money running out, paying CNA so she doesn't have to go into a horrible nursing home and this Jerk Off just blows me off.
