Receipt shows "Big Horn Car Wash"... no longer Woody's. Believe me, it's a whole new regime. I moved to Helena in Feb of 2000 and was a loyal customer of Woody's early on after I got here because I try very hard to never got through one of those carwashes with the "drapes" for the hood and roof and truck (if you've got one - I drive a 1994 Toyota 4WD Pickup) and BIG scrubbers for the sides. Well... today I went in again and it's completely different from Woody's. * Tip Box - evidently don't pay the workers enough up front. * Labor cuts - no more 2 guys at the end doing a basic wipedown including door seals. You get to do the whole routine yourself. Yeah... I can hardly wait for JANUARY and FEBRUARY! TOUCHLESS NO MORE - heavy drapes dragging the dirt ON the flat surfaces before it's eventually dragged OFF, and a very aggressive-action set of brushes along the sides. People can't believe that my rig is a 1994 with 330,000 miles on it as the paint looks new when she's washed - it's because it's hardly ever been through this kind of wash process - less than 10 times total in the 30 years I've owned her. I have either done a personal handwash or went to a good touchless car wash. So... ain't goin' here no mo'. Towels: Smaller and cheaper = not as absorbent. That's more wiping for you! Wanna Pay Cash? No longer accepted. Prices: BIG increases! $15 for a Basic Wash with no details as to what that includes. $20 for The Works - nothing in between. The new owners did all these things. But they did spiff out the outside of the building if that makes you feel any better. Getting my rig washed here today was like having a big, handsome guy beat me up in a clean alley... and it felt great when he quit. read more

Unfortunately, the great qualities we have known for years are gone. Towels: Smaller and cheaper. Towels: No longer given at door; You now have to wait to use them at the vaccuums, making the vaccuum lines ridiculous. Dryers: They no longer wipe your vehicle or door jams. Brushless: No longer, they now have drapes to"wipe" your car half way down. Cash? They dont take it. You buy a gift card like a pizza ranch arcade. Prices: Increased! Staff: AMAZING! Jeremy and the guys do a wonderful job so its a bummer I wont get to see them anymore. Overall, the new owners have pretty much ruined it for those of us that that wanted the best car wash. Unfortunatly my family and my buisness fleet will be moving down the street to Montana Avenue Car Wash. read more

I've been a loyal customer of Woodys Car Wash for the last two years since I moved to Helena from Bozeman. I've always had a pleasant experience until today. Today, everything was done halfway. Spraying the bug remover/softener before entry, the attendant got one side but not the other, then I got into the wash and they're spraying off my truck, they didn't even get the white window marker off that they put on. Then during drying, they barely even touched the truck, there is still dirt marks all over my truck and you can tell everywhere they did "dry" because it's the only clean places on my truck. Just a disappointing day and a waste of $17 to get this type of service.. read more

This was my first time going to Woody's Car Wash. I took some rural roads in Canada which landed me going 70mph through a bunch of crickets. Thankfully Woody's Car Wash was able to clean all the bugs off! If I am ever in the Helena area again, I will definitely come here again! read more

The person in the booth jeremy was amazing, I went back through the wash as I had a pretty dirty jeep. They did not recharge me and marshal one of the guys who is in the wash bay getting soaked all day was absolutely kind and professional about the rerun. If you need a carwash this is the place. Amazing wash and second to none customer service. I got to the end where a young man named Anthony was drying the vehicles and was extremely polite. In a day where customer service is hard to find these guys have the corner on the market. Can't race enough about this team keep it up guys you Rock. read more

The new owners raised the price but do not provid the same quality service. They didn't get all the dirt off, windows still dirty and didn't dry the car off very well. Waste of $20. read more

My car was filthy, but the crew who cleaned the car were great. It's all done by hand and pressure cleaners. The vacuums are available to use for free after getting your car washed. They also provide a damp rag to clean the inside. read more

They need to work on the order of cars! Have been there a few times and both times the cars in the left lane cut in front of the cars in the shorter right lane. I sat there for an hour while the cars I front me kept getting cut off. Won't waste my time sitting in line again until management figures out a fair way of dealing with their traffic. read more

Top notch car wash. First time we'd ever seen four people at a car wash all working on our car simultaneously! They cleaned it thoroughly and were careful to towel dry it afterward. They even cleaned the interior of the door jams without letting our dog, TazE, out of the rear door. Very impressive! read more

Great car wash for a reasonable price. A team of washers work out the mud and gunk while you wipe down the interior with a damp cloth they provide. They do a thorough job and the whole thing is brushless, then they towel dry your car at the end and even open the doors and clean out the interior of the door jams. Finally, you get free unlimited use of vacuums when you're done. A really good deal in my opinion, and fast. read more

Best drive through car wash around. A little smudgey when they try to "hand dry" ya on your way out. And its awful when the guys power washing are inside the tunnel smoking cigarettes - if you're not paying attention to switch your air to recycle, it's a 2 minute ride through an ash tray. read more

I visited Woody's Car Wash on the corner of MT Ave and Ceder St in Helena MT on 06-05-11. I paid for the "works" $13.00 plus $2.00 for the rain solution and a $1.00 for the air freshener for a total of $16.00. I drive a 4 Runner. It was not clean, hood was smeared, bumpers were muddy as well as the running boards. After I vacummed and cleaned the inside. I spoke to the fellow on duty. He had me drive through again for the "works" and the extra rain solution. When completed I just left thinking surely it was clean. I went down the street to Riley's Town Pump to fill up with gas. I noticed at that time that my running boards were still muddy as well as my bumpers. Needless to say I paid to much for a job not done well. I will not be doing business at Woody's again. read more
