Who the hell is pepper?. She said they were full and this couldn't happen til Thursday. Offered no suggestions nothing. What is this die day there today? Omg we have been clients for 6 yrs there and had our other baby put to sleep last year there. Her attitude on the phone was UNACCEPTABLE in every way. DR Dan Brown was our favorite and not even sure he knows how ppl are being treated on the phone for such a sad and sensitive situation, but we will never use them again, SHAME ON YOU , you have failed us and our dying dog big time. I wish we would of gotten her name. Horrible way to treat us as we are already very sad to have to do this to our sweet little dog. JUST got her name. AMANDA, Shame on you . Heartless. Ok well thank you Megan the Vet manager there for calling us and taking our concern to heart and rectifying our pain. She has spoken with mentioned employee and this should never happen again. We were given a time today to do the hardest thing ever, we really appreciate being heard and called and now given a time for our loved pet.to head off to the rainbow bridge. Situation handled to our satisfaction Ty Megan

The vet was more concerned about flees and mites (my cat has neither) than the lumps on her belly. We were quoted $2000 for a partial mastectomy a different vet quoted $800 but also said we could wait as the lumps are not cancerous.

Unfortunately, we will not shop here again. Like others have noted in other reviews, the customer…read moreservice here can be tactless and rude. We've spent hundreds here and was looking to spend more today. Arms full of merchandise, my wife was masked and observing social distancing while she waited patiently for a family making a purchase to get checked out. After the clerk checked them out she excused herself to help a man still shopping. My wife placed her items on the counter and waited. And waited. I was on the other side of the store while our dog met another cute little dog. When the man and the clerk approached the counter the clerk said to my wife that she was going to take care of him first! This encouraged the man to push into my wife's space abandoning any social distancing etiquette. Mind you, my wife was not asked she was dismissed with a curt disdain like she didn't matter as long as the clerk could keep eagerly talking to this man. Was she pushed aside because she was a smaller Asian woman? We'll never know. My wife stepped aside and I went over to her. She was upset and wanted to abandon the purchase completely. We left the store and I went back in the at least let the lady know why we not completing the purchase and why we would never shop there again. Perhaps predictably, she was full of excuses saying in essence that my waiting wife was secondary to the man she was helping to complete a selection. Soured by this experience, we left Seabrook skipping our usual snack and/or lunch when we visit. Because of this clerk, the other businesses lost out, too. As I noted before, others have had bad customer experiences here. Thing is, people go to Seabrook for the experience not for this clerk that evidently lacks manners let alone forcing the an interaction that flouted social distancing protocols. We can get pet merchandise anywhere so now that the experience of being there is ruined, there is no reason to return. Like others, I am sure this review will trigger a defensive and patronizing response that takes no ownership.

Dr. Bart de Gols at Canine Evolutions understands dogs. Seriously. He is the total package and…read moreyou will not be disappointed if you bring your pup to him. Coming from the competitive dog sport world, and holding a degree in Cynology (the study of canines or domestic dogs), it seems Bart has been a passionate and lifelong student of the dog. Just google and see for yourself. Rather than "quick fixes", he dives deep to understand first and foremost, your dog. For example, understanding HOW your dog operates is fundamental to building a healthy relationship to him/her so that your dog does things WITH you (and not FOR you). This is the critical foundation which Bart builds upon in shaping the behavior of all the dogs he works with. It just makes sense. Since we brought our German Shepherd pup to him last year, we have watched his remarkable transformation around obedience to now protection work. And it hasn't just been him! I have learned so much through Bart's online resources, lectures, and important discussions. This has been so much fun. In summary, we have discovered in Bart, a rare combination of practical expertise, scientific understanding, and authentic compassion and advocacy for dogs. We cannot recommend him more!

Once a week got him on phone & told he would email or call...none of either. Phone won't accept voicemail, no response to text. There are 4 of us who compete in events listed on his website with two of us who have tried to nail him down for training, with being left feeling he has no interest. One has been trying for months. Having to go with somebody else to train with after well over reasonable amount of waiting with no attempt from Bart to return contact. Blows my mind how a trainer can just ignore multiple long term clients who are looking for somebody to train with closer to home. Will look at him again if he surfaces. But we have dogs in need and competitions upcoming and can"r afford to sit and wait to see if he surfaces. One of the group has already been with Scott Haywood w Centrailia Pet Resort, I'm going to sign up tomorrow as he has followed through with getting back, setting prices, and setting concrete schedules.
