I gave five stars only because I couldn't give six. We just returned from an eight day out of state trip and could not be happier with the service Ashley provided for our two cats. We received pictures of every trip she made to the house along with a written summary of her visit. She was conscientious and did all that was expected and a little more in the fifteen or so minutes she spent at our house. We arrived back to a neat kitty area, with full water and food bowls. "2 days later and no returned phone call or email with price..." I left a message for the owner of this business requesting more information and a quote via the business phone and never heard back... that same day I filled out the form on her website including a multitude of personal information...no email either. I checked every folder in my email....nada. I can't say whether or not this person is good with animals, or if their pricing is decent, or if they are reliable....but I can say that the lack of any response whatsoever does not make me want to use this service. How do I know that if I go on vacation everything will be okay and this person will return my calls? I don't. Look elsewhere. read more

We are VERY protective of our 3 little dogs. We usually board them. However, since one of our dogs does not do well with change we decided to try an in house pet sitter. Mel (owner) was easy to work with and responsive. Since I live in Cary Meredith and Amanda were my assigned pet sitters. It was great that I and my dogs were able to do an initial meet and greet with Meredith and Amanda ahead of time. Both Meredith and Amanda did a great job. They were on time, sent us text updates, and pics. My two male terriers can be a little difficult and they appeared to handle everything well. I will definitely plan on using Woof Pack again! Also we have a webcam(which I highly recommend). It's great to be able to check on our pups at any time while on vacation! read more

They take excellent care of our fur babies, particularly... - Staying the entire length of time they say they will visit the cats (we have a front door cam so I always know when they come and go from our house) - Enter and leave the house with care, making sure not to let animals out and ensuring the door is locked behind them - Playing with the cats (some pet sitters don't take much time to engage with the cats, but they love play time!) - Sending us texts and photos per our requests, after every single visit - Getting back to us quickly with confirmation on availability and bookings (and we never had a time where we asked for pet sitting and they couldn't come) - Convenient payment methods (we used check and PayPal) - When our daughter was born, we needed an emergency pet sitting visit. Awesome experience! I moved down to the Raleigh area 6 weeks ago. The is the first time I've ever hired someone for pet care. I received a text and picture with every visit. She checked in regularly in case I had any delay in my return. They are clearly pet first. When I returned,l there was a full detailed log left for me. My dogs were great. After going through two other pet sitting services in the triangle area (the first abruptly told us without notice over Thanksgiving weekend that they could no longer visit our pups unless we extended our appointments to 3 visits per day, and the second enthusiastically assured us that they serviced our area, only to tell us a few months later that they couldn't visit with us because we lived too far away) - we finally feel that we have found a loving, committed, and dependable pet sitting service with Melissa and Jean at Woofpack. My boyfriend and I both work long hours, and we honestly don't know what we would have done if we hadn't found Woofpack. Our pups see their sitter at least 5 days a week and love her to pieces. They are ecstatic to see her and it is clear that Woofpack cares for our pets like they do their own. It gives us peace of mind to know that our fur babies are loved and cared for at home, where they are comfortable and don't have to be around other large dogs in an environment they aren't familiar with. We LOVE Melissa and Jean! I've used WoofPack for vacations and daily regular walks - and the girls treat my dogs like they were their own. When my dog was sick, they worried. When he had a birthday, they brought gifts. I cannot say how much we love this service. They send text and photos for every visit - and log notes during vacation services. I spent a year and a half wasting money on Wig Wag Walk - then found out they were cheating me. So I did some research and switched to WOOFPACK. We LOVE them. There are a lot of dog services around. Woofpack Pet Care has been a lifesaver for our animals and a huge stress -reliever for our family!! We have an elderly dog and cat that usually board at kennels. As good as their care has been, my animals were always stressed. Our family had scheduled extended trips this summer that were nonrefundable and necessary. Several weeks before our trip, our dog was diagnosed with heart disease and prescribed daily medication. We were very concerned about leaving him. I am very particular when it comes to my dogs and who I leave them with, mostly because they are my babies, my pride and joy and when I can't be home they deserve someone that is going to love on them like I would. The other reason is because I know how unique they can be and not everyone will deal with their quirky little traits and messes with the same patience that I will. All that being said, I am currenty traveling for work and I made arrangements to have Woofpack Petcare take care of my babies for me. Mel has been amazing, I can't say the same for my dogs. Poor Mel! She has been updating me with cute pictures and texts every time she has visited them and EVERY SINGLE time there has been an issue that my girls have caused and every time she has been patient with them and dealt with the issue at hand. So far the issues have been trying to escape by way of trying to eat through the doggie gate, actually escaping and making messes all over, upset tummies and diarrhea, excitable peeing and she just takes care of it and hasn't complained once. I greatly appreciate all of her help. I hate being away from them, especially with upset tummies, but I really feel as though she was as concerned as I was and eager to make sure they were perfectly okay. I would absolutely recommend Woofpack Petcare if you need top notch pet sitting services from someone who is going to care for your dogs the way you would.
