She doesn't love to go because she is spoiled rotten but when we do go she will immediately go to Elizabeth. Speaking of Elizabeth - customer service from the office staff here is amazing. They're always polite and accommodating when I call. One review on here says they weren't following instructions to transition their dog's food, resulting in a sick pup, which hasn't been my experience with this staff. I have a dog with a horrible illness called Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency and they follow my directions to the letter. She is so sensitive that any deviation from the routine can result in disastrous consequences. She has to have prescription enzymes with every meal and she rarely comes home with an upset stomach. I do not blame the kennel when she does because any dog can come home from a boarding kennel with diarrhea from the stress of the experience. The fact that they're willing to take pets who take daily medication and have to eat 3 times a day is a life saver to me. Instead of being married to my house or constantly stressed about the sick dog while I am away, I can take her to daycare and have parts of my life back. All in all, I wish I could give Wildcat Pet Resort 10 stars, but since that isn't an option, a mile long glowing review will have to do'

I took Morgan to see where he would be staying and to meet Deana the day before (I had recently found her business by searching online and was also meeting her for the first time), and both she and her husband were very personable and friendly and it was obvious that they themselves were loving and gentle pet owners. They also introduced their furbabies to Morgan and it was nice to see they all got along well. It was very comforting to know that Morgan would be sleeping in a living room on a carpet with human and four-legged friends and not in some metal or concrete cage with other anxious dogs missing their owners stressing out in an adjoining cage (pretty much the conditions of other local "kennels"). It was also nice to know they had a fenced-in backyard (with a small kiddie pool that Morgan enjoyed wading in) and so he would not be in danger from passing traffic when going outside. And the kennel techs Layla and Aliyah obviously love animals, they were just as sad to see him go as I felt dropping him off. For the first time in his 8 year life he was excited to see vet staff. He started throwing up after eating and they called me and the emergency number I left. When I brought him in to the vet another occasion the techs and assistants remembered him (who aren't part of boarding) he got lots of pets and love. The vet herself was extremely patient and kind and dumbed down things for me. *MAINLY* my boy is reactive and they made sure that he wouldn't have to be in the lobby with other animals. I beyond reccomend this facility, it is full of knowledgeable and caring professionals.

I paid $900+ for a month of training for my German Shepherd and the funny thing is I got an invoice for $160+ I have to pay back for days I didn't use when I was currently not having my pup taken to school. They couldn't even teach my dog to sit and on top of that, I had someone pick her up for me and she had smelled like urine and feces due to them not taking her out and there's no way she was doing that at home because the other person I had dropping her off and picking her up was actively teaching her the basic things while I was away for training. So it being a daycare I wouldn't even give them that credit of saying that. I'm not paying that fee cause that's bullshit honestly for the days I didn't use I'm getting charged? I placed her in there in March this year on the 14th and pulled her out around the beginning of April due to the mishaps of her not being let out and attended to. If i wanted her to not have no out time, I would've just left her at home with no one to take care of her and have her be neglected etc. If anyone wants a good or decent dog daycare don't give them a chance. it's a bunch of unqualified people there making an earning they did not earn. As patient as I am and was during them showing me what was going on, I was not impressed and didn't say anything at all after having her back home seeing how much she was hungry and thirsty. Keep giving those a benefit of the doubt and they'll take your kindness as weakness.
