She doesn't love to go because she is spoiled rotten but when we do go she will immediately go to Elizabeth. Speaking of Elizabeth - customer service from the office staff here is amazing. They're always polite and accommodating when I call. One review on here says they weren't following instructions to transition their dog's food, resulting in a sick pup, which hasn't been my experience with this staff. I have a dog with a horrible illness called Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency and they follow my directions to the letter. She is so sensitive that any deviation from the routine can result in disastrous consequences. She has to have prescription enzymes with every meal and she rarely comes home with an upset stomach. I do not blame the kennel when she does because any dog can come home from a boarding kennel with diarrhea from the stress of the experience. The fact that they're willing to take pets who take daily medication and have to eat 3 times a day is a life saver to me. Instead of being married to my house or constantly stressed about the sick dog while I am away, I can take her to daycare and have parts of my life back. All in all, I wish I could give Wildcat Pet Resort 10 stars, but since that isn't an option, a mile long glowing review will have to do'

There's been a few times before I've had to call and ask if the boys were done since it was going on 5 hours... And its always "oh yeah they're done." Ok... Then theres times at around 1130-1230 when they would call to say boys are done. Today it was 1600, I was already in Manhattan so I stopped by to ask if boys were done and front desk stated he was wondering why the boys were still here and states "she forgot to call you" WTF!!!??? You forgot??? My boys are not my pets they are my kids!! I DO NOT crate them when they are home so to be cooped up in a crate for over 5 hours is very stressful for them!!! Plus I buy them frozen treats so they can have something while waiting in the crate but their breath doesn't smell like treats so what the fk did I pay for???? They do a great job in grooming, don't get me wrong. But both boys were so stressed out, they didn't even want to play when they got home. And Benny is obsessed with frisbee and ball play. He didn't even want to touch his toys when he got home. To drive from JC to Manhattan back to JC then to Manhattan then back home is too much. It was worth it if customer service was consistent but to forget that someone's loved ones are just sitting in a crate wondering why they were still locked up is just fkd up!!!

Also gave me dewormer to give kiwi the next day; which was overdosing my puppy cause on the breeder records it stated kiwi being dewormer & vaccinated just under 2 weeks prior.. (And gave her bordetella vaccine- kiwis a 2.4lbs Pomeranian puppy) just saying it's a lot of medicine & vaccine for a puppy who got a bunch of vaccines & medicine under two weeks prior (which again was in the shot record I gave the veterinarian). Along with her date of birth. They filled out my paper work all wrong- saying it was her first parvo vaccine when it was her second... She was 8 weeks when she was 12 weeks old.. Would be nice for the shot records from the vet to be you know accurate considering that's what I am paying for exam services, correct shots, them being the experts? Plus when I move or go to groomers I need accurate vaccine info. When I called they said sorry it was a typo but during the exam we discussing how old my puppy was & what shots she received etc. plus they advertise royal Canin dog food which I found out, one ingredient in it is MSG (Hydrolyzed Yeast) if your info fast food for your puppy okay On a positive- They gave kiwi peanut butter when giving the vaccine, on her back bottom kiwi didn't cry which was nice. Just wish they took the time to correctly input the correct info

Took my yorkie poo here to get groomed after being turned away from Petco because my pup wouldn't…read morelet them anywhere near his face. Animal doctor found that there were open wounds on his face from being attacked by an animal (most likely a raccoon), but it was covered by his hair (so I had no idea). They sedated him, cleaned the wound, finished his grooming, and sent me home with antibiotics and pain meds, all for $100. I was so pleased they took such good care of him and will never go anywhere else for grooming (and everything else). They were understaffed when I went, but still took ample time to explain everything to me and were so nice to my pup. They called me to provide updates and asked before doing anything that would cost more than what was expected. Next month I'm taking him to get some teeth pulled/dental cleaning, and I feel very confident he'll be left in good hands. Also should note - on a normal day (no open wounds), his grooming would only cost $45 here, which is cheaper than PetSmart or Petco, even with their military discount. AND I get peace of mind that he will be cared for properly and taken out to relieve himself. My pup also has major anxiety and typically everywhere we go I get judgement like it's my fault. But not here! They know how to handle animals with these types of issues and don't place the blame on the owner. They did recommended I might bring him in more often (which may sound like a sales ploy) but I could tell they were really wanting to help me get his anxiety under control. I put him on a 6 week grooming routine which also gives me a discount. I think it's going to be perfect for my pup! They also are very upfront about pricing. They take the time to go through quotes and tell you exactly what needs to be done, and what is optional. I'm so incredibly happy I took my pup here!

We had the heartbreaking experience of having to have our beloved dog Merlin put to sleep this…read moreweekend. He was a cherished member of our family for 14 years and the decision was agonizing and truly heartbreaking. We turned to Timbercreek, our family veterinary, to assist us with this difficult time and though saying goodbye to our friend was one of the saddest and hardest things i've ever had to do, the people at Timbercreek were kind, empathetic, welcoming, professional, understanding, and considerate and did everything they could to help us through this. They did everything they could to keep him comfortable, as we all held him, petted him, and made him feel safe and loved in his final moments and that meant so much to me. They went above and beyond to accomodate us. We were so out of sorts that morning that I accidentally made the appointment at the wrong location. Once the mistake was realized the other location was actually closed. Despite this they actually stayed and waited for us to arrive. They were kind, and understanding, and despite staying there past closing purely for us they still emphasized that we may take all the time we needed to enjoy our last moments with him, as well as saying goodbye after he was gone. This was appreciated more than words can say. This was one of our darkest moments and you did everything possible to comfort him, as well as us and i will never forget that. I took Morgan to see where he would be staying and to meet Deana the day before (I had recently found her business by searching online and was also meeting her for the first time), and both she and her husband were very personable and friendly and it was obvious that they themselves were loving and gentle pet owners. They also introduced their furbabies to Morgan and it was nice to see they all got along well. It was very comforting to know that Morgan would be sleeping in a living room on a carpet with human and four-legged friends and not in some metal or concrete cage with other anxious dogs missing their owners stressing out in an adjoining cage (pretty much the conditions of other local "kennels"). It was also nice to know they had a fenced-in backyard (with a small kiddie pool that Morgan enjoyed wading in) and so he would not be in danger from passing traffic when going outside.
