I took Morgan to see where he would be staying and to meet Deana the day before (I had recently found her business by searching online and was also meeting her for the first time), and both she and her husband were very personable and friendly and it was obvious that they themselves were loving and gentle pet owners. They also introduced their furbabies to Morgan and it was nice to see they all got along well. It was very comforting to know that Morgan would be sleeping in a living room on a carpet with human and four-legged friends and not in some metal or concrete cage with other anxious dogs missing their owners stressing out in an adjoining cage (pretty much the conditions of other local "kennels"). It was also nice to know they had a fenced-in backyard (with a small kiddie pool that Morgan enjoyed wading in) and so he would not be in danger from passing traffic when going outside. my first service dog was nearing end of life. he wouldn't stop try to work until his last days. we…read morehad gotten Austin, English Cream Golden Retriever at 5 weeks when Amos was still alive Austin began minmicking many things he was doing as a service dog. at 6 months old we signed contracts and they took Austin for a little over 2 months as I was recovering from double knee replacement. He then began his service dog training, fine tuning . we took him several times a week and paid extra for that. we had asked before hand what all the costs would be so we knew in advance it wasn't going to be cheap. we knew anything as good aa the training Austin was going to receive was worth every penny! Austin is the most amazing dog and performs his service dog training 100% of the time in vest or out of service dog vest. He wakes me up at night if my blood sugar is low. I have severe hypoglycemia , he is also traimed as mobility dog and for anxiety and stress. He went through over 300 hours of training and graduated, 7 months after starting his training with Tim and Anna. They provide excellent training and have agility courses if you want your dog trained for that. there's is diabetic alert dog teaching, snake avoidance training , all service dog training programs as well as if you are just wanting basic obedience for your dog. Anna also does grooming so we still go for grooming every month. you will get nothing but the very best training for the tristate area!

Where we live. The owner was a no call no show from the beginning, and no apology in being so, despite this being followed by a bite to another dog by a different dog of mine. Sending Robin to train was unnecessary and a knee jerk reaction. After his unprofessional inactions, I lost that beloved 3 year old dog. Robin lost 15 pounds in 30 days while at that facility. She was never bathed yet allowed to walk around in a feces covered yard. Even her ears were dirty. I wonder if this is where the parasite she came down with came from?? It cost 3400.00, and I had to provide all of her food. Not sure where it went since she lost a pound every 2 days. And the owner treated me with contempt and rudeness Katya seems to know her stuff, but could learn something from the phrase: teach, dont preach. It was a total waste of money, and I still lost a dog, which shouldnt have happened. This place will never get another dime of my money, and really should return it.

Also gave me dewormer to give kiwi the next day; which was overdosing my puppy cause on the breeder records it stated kiwi being dewormer & vaccinated just under 2 weeks prior.. (And gave her bordetella vaccine- kiwis a 2.4lbs Pomeranian puppy) just saying it's a lot of medicine & vaccine for a puppy who got a bunch of vaccines & medicine under two weeks prior (which again was in the shot record I gave the veterinarian). Along with her date of birth. They filled out my paper work all wrong- saying it was her first parvo vaccine when it was her second... She was 8 weeks when she was 12 weeks old.. Would be nice for the shot records from the vet to be you know accurate considering that's what I am paying for exam services, correct shots, them being the experts? Plus when I move or go to groomers I need accurate vaccine info. When I called they said sorry it was a typo but during the exam we discussing how old my puppy was & what shots she received etc. plus they advertise royal Canin dog food which I found out, one ingredient in it is MSG (Hydrolyzed Yeast) if your info fast food for your puppy okay On a positive- They gave kiwi peanut butter when giving the vaccine, on her back bottom kiwi didn't cry which was nice. Just wish they took the time to correctly input the correct info

I went went out of town for a week and had to leave behind my 3 year old yellow lab. She loves being around people and has high energy. The staff had taken excellent care of Penny! I had asked that she was visited twice a day and taken out on a RUN! yes, i said run! When I returned the house was just and I had left it and nothing was chewed up by a bored dog! Penny was tired from play and resting when I got home! I would definitely recommend Fun Fitness with Fido for all of your pet service needs. They are excellent!

He has also been itching nonstop so I think the shampoo they used wasn't good. He also has a bunch of scabs behind his ear from the groomer.....I love the prices but not now seeing my dog being scared of us just walking near him calling for my other dog...he's acting like he was no joke hurt and mistreated and odds are that's likely because his breed is very stubborn and only responds to gentle and kind training once you raise your voice they shut down like this....never again.

She can not wait to get inside to go see her friends. We have used both their daycare and boarding services and have been impressed. They knew our dogs by name after the first time we took them. They even board our Frenchie who isn't super dog friendly when we're in a pinch and grandma can not watch her. She doesn't love to go because she is spoiled rotten but when we do go she will immediately go to Elizabeth. Speaking of Elizabeth - customer service from the office staff here is amazing. They're always polite and accommodating when I call. One review on here says they weren't following instructions to transition their dog's food, resulting in a sick pup, which hasn't been my experience with this staff. I have a dog with a horrible illness called Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency and they follow my directions to the letter. She is so sensitive that any deviation from the routine can result in disastrous consequences. She has to have prescription enzymes with every meal and she rarely comes home with an upset stomach. I do not blame the kennel when she does because any dog can come home from a boarding kennel with diarrhea from the stress of the experience. The fact that they're willing to take pets who take daily medication and have to eat 3 times a day is a life saver to me. Instead of being married to my house or constantly stressed about the sick dog while I am away, I can take her to daycare and have parts of my life back. All in all, I wish I could give Wildcat Pet Resort 10 stars, but since that isn't an option, a mile long glowing review will have to do'
