He was a cherished member of our family for 14 years and the decision was agonizing and truly heartbreaking. We turned to Timbercreek, our family veterinary, to assist us with this difficult time and though saying goodbye to our friend was one of the saddest and hardest things i've ever had to do, the people at Timbercreek were kind, empathetic, welcoming, professional, understanding, and considerate and did everything they could to help us through this. They did everything they could to keep him comfortable, as we all held him, petted him, and made him feel safe and loved in his final moments and that meant so much to me. They went above and beyond to accomodate us. We were so out of sorts that morning that I accidentally made the appointment at the wrong location. Once the mistake was realized the other location was actually closed. Despite this they actually stayed and waited for us to arrive. They were kind, and understanding, and despite staying there past closing purely for us they still emphasized that we may take all the time we needed to enjoy our last moments with him, as well as saying goodbye after he was gone. This was appreciated more than words can say. This was one of our darkest moments and you did everything possible to comfort him, as well as us and i will never forget that. There's been a few times before I've had to call and ask if the boys were done since it was going on 5 hours... And its always "oh yeah they're done." Ok... Then theres times at around 1130-1230 when they would call to say boys are done. Today it was 1600, I was already in Manhattan so I stopped by to ask if boys were done and front desk stated he was wondering why the boys were still here and states "she forgot to call you" WTF!!!??? You forgot??? My boys are not my pets they are my kids!! I DO NOT crate them when they are home so to be cooped up in a crate for over 5 hours is very stressful for them!!! Plus I buy them frozen treats so they can have something while waiting in the crate but their breath doesn't smell like treats so what the fk did I pay for???? They do a great job in grooming, don't get me wrong. But both boys were so stressed out, they didn't even want to play when they got home. And Benny is obsessed with frisbee and ball play. He didn't even want to touch his toys when he got home. To drive from JC to Manhattan back to JC then to Manhattan then back home is too much. It was worth it if customer service was consistent but to forget that someone's loved ones are just sitting in a crate wondering why they were still locked up is just fkd up!!!

He has also been itching nonstop so I think the shampoo they used wasn't good. He also has a bunch of scabs behind his ear from the groomer.....I love the prices but not now seeing my dog being scared of us just walking near him calling for my other dog...he's acting like he was no joke hurt and mistreated and odds are that's likely because his breed is very stubborn and only responds to gentle and kind training once you raise your voice they shut down like this....never again.

Not a Positive Grooming Experience I was very displeased…read moreand will not go back. My appointment was at 8:00 and the groomer had not arrived for the appointment. I had to talk to the helper. So, what I conveyed to her was not shared with the groomer properly, Let's call the groomer V. V rushed in late while saying she had to take a phone call, so she did not acknowledge me. The helper put the lead around my 60 pound dog who was reluctant to leave me. When I looked up, she was literally dragging my dog across the floor by her neck. V did put a stop to that after I voiced that my dog could be hurt​. I had chosen the length to be between the second and third swatch for length, but more toward the third. My small dog was given what I can only imagine was not either because her skin was showing through. When I got my dog home, she was so miserable with scratching and biting and itching. I finally had to go buy oatmeal and coconut oil to bathe her in an oatmeal bath and soothe her skin further with the oil. The manager called me after I pointed out my experience. We had a nice conversation about having this be a learning experience and bringing these points up at their next meeting. Then V called. No matter what I said, she had a come back that placed blame on me, my dog, or some product that was used. I gave up trying to have a mutually beneficial conversation. I will never go back. I suggest you find a different grooming salon for your dogs. When we got home she was moaning and groaning all night all and was not able to sleep. In he morning she couldn't even hit down properly and she kept yelping super loudly. I immediately took to her the 24 hour vet and told me that who ever groomed her pulled and over extended her tail to the point where it became inflamed. They had to do blood work and X-rays, it was very stressful on my dog. I emailed petsmart to let them know and I even spoke with them on the phone and they completely ignored me. So I will be filing a report higher. There should be no reason why I have to pay $600 for a visit that was caused by a groomer. I will not state the name groomer but I DO NOT RECOMMEND BRINGING YOUR DOG HERE!
