Watson Engineering recently had some issues with some homes in Enoch sliding. They are paying for…read moredamages to those homes. Given the unforeseeable circumstances for those homes I do not hold what happened there against them. I do take exception to the fact that for future projects, they are opting to make impossible suggestions so that builders are forced to do something else, relieving the engineering company of any possibility of future liability. I shouldn't have to dig trenches 12 feet deep and nine feet wide with four layers of compaction for an a 800 square foot building that is not on a flood plane. The original compaction test said there was no compaction needed. So either they were incompetent with their first test or they are making it impossible in order to relieve themselves of future liability. Incompetent or unethical. Either way, I strongly suggest steering clear of them.

I had a great experience with Elizabeth and her team managing my property and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I had another management company and they let my house sit empty for three months! It was a difficult home to rent out. I needed tenants for only 6 months. As soon as I met with Elizabeth she had a family in my house paying more than I had expected within ten days !!!!!
