If you asked me to review this company's lawn care service a year ago, I'd have a good review. I can no longer do that. This year there has been a complete turn around. They used to mow over my lawn twice, looked for and treated or removed weeds, walked around the property carefully afterwards to ensure everything was done. The past 10 months, this has not been the case. They jump out of the truck. Trim. Mow. Blow off front sidewalk and are gone. I recently asked to have the many weeds in my yard--especially the side and back yards--taken care of. Nothing. I asked the workers about it. They admitted they were told about my concern. Got out a tool, dug up 2 dandelions in the front yard that I pointed out...then left. You'll pay top dollar for this service and they don't want to be bothered with any requests outside their schedule. In addition, there is no communication about what you want done in the yard. I had a beautiful bush in the yard that grew from a tree that had to be cut down. Instead of trimming it in the Fall, they chopped it down to the stump. It never came back. My neighbor had a tree that was struggling. She was nursing and babying it trying to bring back. She told me they did that to her tree too...chopped it down to the ground. All her work was for nothing. I contacted them in an effort to express my concerns of late. The response I received said, "it sounds like you want to cancel your service. I'll take care of that immediately." Seriously? That's their customer service strategy!!

After multiple calls and texts, he finally showed up but refused to commit to any timelines and eventually stopped responding altogether. On top of that, many of my neighbors in the Crescent Hills community frequently complain about his work, citing poor quality and unreliable service. I ended up hiring Kyle at KTS Improvements instead and highly recommend you do the same. Greg overpromises but doesn't deliver--his work is subpar, and his customer service is terrible. Answering calls and following through shouldn't be that hard.

They also repaired out gravel that let weeds take over our yard. It has been several months since they performed their most compete yard care and no more weeds. They were extremely reasonable in their rate and guaranteed that if any problems occurred to contact them immediately and they would stand behind their work. Again they were the only one who responded to our request for landscaping service (one company did give us a date and time and never showed up or called us). I would highly recommend their service. They were supposed to winterize the drip system and told me they had done it. Come spring the backflow had to be replaced because they never winterized it. Then it was rebuilt by Anthony. The backflow was never tightened up and leaked everywhere when it was turned on. They came back and fixed the backflow but never turned the water back on. So the whole season nothing was getting water. Every time I asked if everything was working and getting water I was told yes. So when I finally took it upon myself to check for myself, I discovered they never turned the water back on after fixing the backflow for the second time. So the whole spring and summer they lied to me about the plants getting water. So I'm working up a case with the Registrar of Contractors office.

I have several broken areas due to freezing. I had to have a plumber come to fix one pipe.
