I called this place before come down. I saw a deal on Groupons, I wanted to get the details on the " acne facial. The purpose of my visit was to get my teenage sons blackheads removed.I made that clear on the phone and in person. They said, no problem. I pointed out the "four" extractions, we needed removed. When the facial was over he still had "3". It was a big waste of time and money. Had to go to another place and pay for the extractions. Horrible .. I unfortunately paid for 3 60 min acne facials in advance. I should have tried out one before committing to more. I got fooled by these yelp reviews. First of all there was no extraction performed. All of my black heads were left on my nose. I did not receive 60 mins facial more like 50 mins and no one massaged me like the other Yelpers claim they did. I asked to see if I can get my refund for the other Two facials paid for and I am not able to get it. I hate wasting money and this is what this was a big waste of money and time. At this site they have 3 different acupuncturists with a vast amount of knowledge. Their site is extremely clean and the lady in the front is amazingly nice (probably the nicest receptionist I have ever met). I have shopped at a lot of different acupuncture sites and this place had the best customer service and the best results, they even have electronic devices for added effects. If you have insurance it costs around $10 and they give you light massages (might be case to case though). This place was so amazing compared to that other acupuncture sites in Cerritos, especially that *in my opinion* terrible acupuncture site with crazy high reviews on Norwalk/Artesia (which I thought was a scam.. ~ such a bad experience, not to mention they deleted my review...)..I think anyone that went to that site and came here would really see the difference. I have seen four doctors since I began the healing process. Each one of them pursued a different approach. I finally settled with Dr. Park. She asks several questions before she begins her treatment. She is extremely professional and gentle. When I started I was dependent on a walker, now I can get around in my house without the walker. I was taking 4 or 5 pain pills per day, now I take 1 or 2 a week. I have made a lot of progress. I'm impressed with the good order and general cleanliness of the reception area and the examination rooms. I came in to see the Dr. about 1 month ago... I had fallen down my stairs (missed a few steps) and hurt my back on the edge of one of the steps... I had the worst back pain for about 5 days I couldn't lay down, I couldn't walk right...sitting was probably the only thing that would help. Once I was completely fed up with the pain I decided to check on Yelp for an Accupunturist since I had seen one before a couple of times for other issues and had great results. The receptionist was so nice and welcoming over the phone (she even allowed me to use a discount code) the Dr. was so attentive while I was explaining my issues and he knew exactly what to do. It took about 2 days after my appointment to start feeling a difference but the pain went away completely! I felt back to normal and haven't had any issues since.
