Hosted my husband's surprise 30th here and this was the perfect space for it! The space was just big enough for 50 guests, cake stand, bartender, dj, 5 tables, buffet, and a small dance floor! Kira was amazing to work with for she helped me with table set ups, answering any questions, and accommodating everything I needed to set up. We recently held Reintegra's annual fundraising event in the warehouse pace of Confluence. This venue for our art, advocacy, and jazz evening was perfect. The space itself is lovely. The weather that evening was nice, so we had the garage door open which gives such an inviting feel. The string lights that are permanently hung in the warehouse add to this great atmosphere. It was a bonus to have a separate room (normally a conference room) for art that was for auction and a wine bar. We even used the phone booths to watch videos in private. I have used a variety of venues through the years both for Reintegra and other events and I don't think I have ever worked with a venue management team that was as easy to work with as Kira and Tom. Kira and the team at Confluence SBC did an awesome job working with us to accommodate our Board Retreat. Kira gave me a walkthrough via zoom so that I could confirm it met our needs. We had everything we needed and our board members were VERY impressed with the space. The technology, climate control, and access were very easy to use. Wifi was fast and the chairs and tables were easy for us to adjust to our needs. Parking was convenient and plentiful and there is even a EV charging hookup in one of the parking spaces front of the building! If you need a space for a group meeting I highly recommend calling Kira and her team. Thank you Kira for being an amazing partner to our nonprofit organization! I just hosted a surprise 50th birthday party at Confluence for almost 40 people and it was a complete blast!! I am certainly not a party planner and Kira was incredible to work with on the scheduling, touring the facility and getting everything set up the way we wanted for the big event. The space was just perfect for our party which included music and trivia along with dinner, drinks and cake. It was easy to just show up with our food and beverages and not have to use a required caterer. I'd highly recommend this space for future parties. read more

I rented the Confluence space to host my wife's graduation party for approximately 45 people. It was raining but not too cold so we were able to open the garage door for a nice breeze. It was perfect! Tom and Kira were so helpful and went above and beyond in helping finalize catering, delivery, and set up for our food station. We were able to come to the venue the night before in order to decorate and have the space ready for the next day. Kira was a big help with getting the required licenses for alcohol consumption and giving us options that were easy to work with. Everyone had a great time, the sound system and the projector were great to show some slides and helped turn the party into a karaoke night! We will definitely use the space again for our next event!! read more

Tucked away in Lafayette, in an unassuming building wedged between a mega-church and a dog-friendly restaurant, is this lovely gem of a co-working space. I've been leasing a "resident" desk here for several months as I've been working remotely for a business in Chicago until my move next week. I used their "hot desk" service until I was able to secure a resident desk in February. It has been heaven. The wifi is strong and reliable. There is a kitchen where I can keep my lunch or even grab a free soda or glass of water. I got a desk that adjusts between sitting and standing. There are meeting rooms I can reserve if I need privacy or am meeting with a guest. There is a phone room (with 2 more on the way as they are expanding downstairs) for those quick calls. Parking is readily available - both bike and car. Why would I want to drive into Boulder or Broomfield when I can get what I need closer to home? I suppose some of the larger co-working spaces may have more bells and whistles, but if you are looking for an affordable alternative to working in your home that doesn't require you to go to Boulder or Denver - consider Confluence. As far as I'm concerned, it has everything one NEEDS in a co-working space. The owner-operators are environmentally conscious and working very hard to establish a community. They have purely social opportunities as well as opportunities for you to share your work with the community. But you get to choose if you just want to work independently (as I have done) or become more integrated into the community at Confluence as a whole. Tom and Kira are warm, helpful people and I really suggest anyone looking for either an occasional desk spot or a reserved desk come check them out! read more
