Recently moved in, neighbors are pretty friendly. Also is heated unevenly, so some rooms are very warm and others much colder. Makes heating unpredictable at the moment, will see when winter arrives. Maintenance speed and execution was excellent (they almost came too quickly as we requested a time when we were available). Jim & Louie were great at fixing the few minor issues at move in time. They also gave use some helpful info from personal experience (one lives in complex). Front office is helpful, but they don't always have all of the answers since the complex is not privately owned.

They will then sick their debt collector goons on you who will harass you for years. They will try to affect your credit and harass you until they get the absurd amounts of money they claim for nothing at all. I paid rent, pet rent, and was an excellent tenant for two years, and THAT is how Stone Gate will reward you. Good luck with that.

Over the last year, there have been many changes here including the loss of two long-term…read moremaintenance men who were friendly and completely responsive. Unfortunately, it is no longer a positive experience, as a resident. I have lived here almost 3 years. As of the last year, the office staff has come become completely non-responsive, and the maintenance service is non-existent. I do not recommend living here. The cost is excessive for what you receive in return.

I was thinking that maybe in given time she will only help with the floors and bathrooms but she wiped down all the furniture and the appliances as well. There is not a speck of dust in my house now.
