They back filled two sides really well the other two sides were barely backfilled. My contractor complained that after he saw the concrete poured they need to finish back filling so no concrete seepage. They said they would come back out, but after he paid them and he came to me to pay my bill. He never came back out to fix the problem. Since he got paid by both of us I had to fix the problem myself since I knew they would likely never return. They do good work but make sure everything is done correctly before paying. I spent over 250.00 getting dirt and fixing it myself would have either taken money off bill or held back payment until fixed. LEsson learned always ask contractor if work is to standards and you can pay for work!

I highly recommend this family-run business for any concrete work you might need. We have a very…read morelong driveway that had some sections needing repair after years and heavy equipment on it, also a corner of driveway right along the house had settled and when it rained water would flow in along the foundation. After removing the damaged sections it turns out a drainage pipe had been crushed under the driveway and water had eroded beneath the garage requiring more extensive work and repair. They were fantastic, very flexible with their original estimate and helped us decide on adjusting the scope of the job to accommodate the additional work needed. Their pricing is extremely fair and reasonable also. They did a beautiful job, the concrete pour was great and they graded everything so that water now drains beautifully where we want it to go and away from the foundation. The entire crew was extremely friendly and conscientious, and they took great care to cover surrounding walls, foundation, etc with plastic so nothing got spattered during the pour. They also cleaned up everything beautifully afterwards, right down to replacing sod along the driveway and landscaping fabric and rocks in a garden area. They also did extensive concrete work for my in-laws who were equally pleased with their work. Highly recommend!

I had to threaten and chase to just get them to show. My error for having given them too much payment up front which he required. Then, with the job 3/4 finished he demanded a 40% hike. When I refused he walked with his guys off the job. Also, the work they did is HORRIBLE: its already cracked, the stamping done unevenly and just a horrible horrible job. Again, you get what you pay for and also note that the owner also seems to have a rap sheet. You've been warned.

Unfortunately Brothers Navarro botched our large front porch that was poured and stamped. The…read morestress lines were way too big and crooked!! The lines didn't lineup with the stamped pattern at all! The worst of the 3 is right in front of our front door!! When having them return they argued that that's the way it should be and it was done right. What?? Because there was a language barrier the guy in charge brought his daughter to translate. So upon that meeting he signed a paper saying he'd come back in the spring to make it right. In the meantime he came back to try and fix the lines which he just made worse!! Okay, now it's Spring and we hear nothing. We call them and left messages at least twice. Then when attempting again to call we realized they have blocked our number. We have now contracted another company to redo the whole project. There's nothing to do to "fix" this - it has to be completely ripped out and redone! Because of this fiasco we absolutely DO NOT recommend Brothers Navarro for any concrete work! Obviously they do not guarantee their work and are unwilling to communicate and work with the customer. My last note on this is: We did not pay for this porch - we did pay for other flat work they did pouring our patio - but agreed to pay for the porch upon completion. So, if we had paid them we may be taking them to court. Thank God we don't need to do that, But this has been a complete headache and aggravation to have to have this completely redone.

Bob did a patio cover for my mom that blew off in a storm. First it took him months to even start…read morethe job. Then he finally came to do the work, the patio itself is okay but... He did not flash the roof correctly to the new cover, as a result she has leaking inside the home that has caused mold and her front door to swell and not close properly. I called him to let him know about it and he said the door was "old' and that he would call her to come and take a look, he never called. She has called him several times and no call back. He does not stand by his work! You can see daylight between the two roofs and he even messed up the homes flashing so now it leaks inside! Now she has had to hire a roofer that needs to correct his mistakes and a door company to replace the door. My mom is 90 years old on a fixed income and been dealing with this ordeal for 2 years now. When I spoke to him about the job he said well the deck he built the cover on was old, why would you build a heavy roof over an old deck? Why not put new supports in the ground? Do yourself a favor and hire someone else.
