He kept making excuses that they wanted him to do more work and again didn't notify me. It all turned out to be total lies and he's a scammer. It was too late to stop the Venmo transaction. He is really responsive until you send him money. I realized after I was too trusting and when I read other reviews here I noticed he had done the same thing two years ago. Also, he hadn't had a review on Yelp for over two years. Don't be trusting. I requested the money back through Venmo and he obviously didn't send the money back.
