We ended up needing another tile cut, so we went back last Saturday, not realizing they don't usually offer tile cutting on Saturdays due to being busy, but they still took our tile anyway and let us know they have a few other things ahead so they would call as soon as they could cut it. A few hours later they had it ready and because of the wait they didn't charge us for the cut. We couldn't believe it. Such great service! After paying him $2,500; I got the opportunity to tape the seams, mud over screw holes and flaws in the Sheetrock, and even smooth or texture areas that should have been mudded but he simply painted over the flaws. Oh yeah, I got to buy add'l paint and repaint my garage too. I would NOT hire this guy to tape, mud or paint a dog house. He, fast though- it took me five 14 hour days to do a professional job (that took him less two) that I mistakenly thought I was paying him to do.
