Love this gym. Everyone is super friendly. The gym isnt crowded so i can get in and get out quickly!

it's ok but like 80% of the time i can't get into the gym bc of the QR code scanner not working. it works and doesn't work each day. i notified them and they said they fixed it but i guess it keeps on messing up. just something to consider when signing up with this gym. it may be bc the QR scanner is behind a window. idk. read more

Good luck ever getting them to stop charging you. My girlfriend and I came in and canceled in person in March prior to moving to Miami. I have been charged every month since and have called 5 separate times to cancel. Apparently the staff doesn't take notes on these calls and can't cancel a membership properly. A manager named Tyler really didn't seem to care and even insinuated I might have never come in to cancel at all because I can't remember who I spoke with all the way back in March. He then floated "how do I know you called about cancelling" because he has no notes in his system (due to his employees never taking any), as if the onus is on me to document each time I've called and the conversation that took place. You got that backwards, Tyler. Jaw dropping way to handle this. In touch with corporate to right the situation but Tyler has lost my business at any location for life. 7 months of charges, 5 phone calls, and a rude manager later... I regret ever joining this gym. read more

A younger crowd usually attends the Alpharetta location. The staff is not friendly or helpful. The women's bathroom is not well kept and tends to have an odor. Definitely will not be going back read more

Place was a nice little gem before if became an after school daycare. Workers will sit there and say absolutely nothing about the extremely obnoxious 12 and 13 year old kids running around smacking each other and screaming all over the gym. Ridiculous. this is a Wonderful gym for people and is never busy. The manager is also great and extremely friendly

There is a very good machines to use and very cool and quiet place to work out.

I have been member here since march 2022. In may i got my silverscreen card. This is one of the benefits for senior citizen in medicare. Medicare pays the monthly fees. I gave this info to lady works there. She noted down this info and said i will not be charged anymore. Last week i was going through credit card statement and saw charges by hem. I found out they have never stopped charging my card. So on 6th sept i talked to the same lady and she took my silver screen info again. And promised my email within 24 hours. I just went to place again ( after returning from vacation) Spoke to same lady again and gave me some vague answers. Finaly she said i will be on silver screen I asked about refund for last 4 months as she did not do their job of enrolling me and charged me that they should not have. She flatly refused and told me i never gave her info. That made me upset and i told her to cancel my membership. Thats when she became very rude with me. Is this place crazy fancy? No. But it has everything you need. Great location. Price is great too. It is super clean and from what I can tell the staff is always cleaning. They also have some fancy air filter. I'm addition I've had a few sessions with Kayla, one of the personal trainers. She is personable, knowledgeable and will work with what your needs (and maybe limitations) are. The only negative for me is the music. But it's not geared to my age group so I just wear ear plugs. No big deal. Why only 4 stars you may wonder, because no one (including me) are perfect. read more

First off, the management staff CARE, about the gym, the members, and about continuously improving this gym. I've been coming here for some time, actually since it's inception. I've seen the place grow tremendously and it's still expanding. It's a 24/7 spot, it's affordable, and you get what you pay for. I believe the staff is the difference maker here. I do not believe what is said about Tracy! He is very passionate and love what he does! He is hard-working, positive, always smiling and wants the best for his clients. He has been in the fitness industry for a long time and really knows what he is doing. He treats all his client with respect. He has taught me how to workout correctly and I was seeing results in a month. He has prep me for my bikini shows and I look more amazing and seen better results with him. I like this little gym. It is just what I need, it has a surprising number of machines and equipment for its size and for a great price, I can go early in the morning (very early) and get a workout with very few people there. And when you need service, they are very easy to deal with. read more

My daughter and I went in to tour the gym and immediately when we walked through the door the smell was awful. The place looked dirty and unkept. The person giving us the tour was pretty much going through the motions. No real enthusiasm. I am saddened by this because you would expect more from a gym in such an affluent area. It really sucks for us because it is walking distance from our house. Will check out the Anytime Fitness on Jones Bridge. read more

I cancelled my membership last Aug., sent them certified letter requesting to cancel membership, they were supposed to charge my credit card for last payment and cancel the membership. Do not join. All they want is money. Biggest scam ever. They wont stop charging you even after your 15 months is up.

EDIT: Everything has been taken care of/improved. I'm impressed! Pros: - cheaper than other gyms, convenient location Cons: - dirty - been going there for a while on different days/times but have never seen anyone cleaning this gym. Going by the layers of dirt, dust and hair on some of the equipment I am sure it's never been cleaned since the day this place opened - bathroom is usually out of toilet paper, paper towels and/or soap. after being completely out of soap again there is now a large bottle of DISHsoap next to one of the sinks. How lazy/cheap can you be? There is a Kroger a few steps away, get some hand soap for a dollar! - it's HOT. there is not one single fan in this place. the temperature during my last few visits was 79/80 degrees. there seems to be zero ventilation. read more

This is another bait and switch shop that keeps runnng charges after you cancel and you find out later they didn't honor your certified letter cancel. After tacking on BS charges a $15 extra fee on their end ended up $160. Don't waste your time or money. Pay a few extra dollars and join a regular club. read more

This place is disgusting, dirty, not kept up. Paid for some training sessions, $25, didn't really think the trainer was all that good. Overheard a couple of women saying that they only pay $10 for their training sessions. Something about just pay the trainer directly. Was never given this option, not very happy.
