The pool in the winter will give them a wonderful way to give them exercise and expend some are f their extra energy. Their equipment is nice and their facilities are impressive. I love that I can do weights, hit the elliptical, then swim all at one place. The sauna is very nice. The women's locker rooms are always clean and they are huge. RMH keeps them well stocked so if you forget anything you are pretty much covered. It's also a quiet gym. Manu gyms I've been to in the past are very loud. This one isn't. It's nice. The people are very kind and respectful. The staff is helpful and courteous. I'm so glad we joined.

I wasn't sure what to expect before attending my first class at OTF. I've attempted to go to the…read moregym many times over the years and I never really got much accomplished by doing so. I could go and mess around for an hour in most gyms and when I would leave, I never felt like I got anything from it. It wouldn't take me long to lose interest and stop going. OTF isn't like that. After every class that I attend, I feel like I just ran a marathon. I've never actually sweated at the gym before now. It's nice having someone watch over me telling me what to do and showing me how to do it. I started attending early January and have already attended 26 classes. That's NEVER happened before.

This gym has been a huge frustration for me. Within a six month time span they have managed to…read moreinfuriate me. Today is my last day of the contract and needless to say I am not going to renew. I am going to planet fitness for ten bucks a month where equipment works!! I had billing issues and went through hell with customer service as my billing method was not updated correctly. After calling customer service I was told that they must speak to management. Meanwhile, management told me I must call customer service. Nobody knew how to work the machines or had any knowledge. Always issues finding my contract. Extremely poor management! For 32 bucks a month, or 380 dollars a year, at least fix the machine that has been repeatedly asked about to be fixed. The sauna is an incredible joke that takes hours to warm up. You need to turn it on before you work out and even then it might not be hot enough to reap the benefits of what a sauna should provide. Please go to a management/customer service seminar as this gym truly needs that.

Rebekah and her staff are super accommodating - I have a herniated disc in my lower back and Ellie has been great in scaling workouts for me. They also work really hard to fit you into their schedule (I needed private sessions to begin with), contacting me by phone, text, and email. Super convenient. Though I was (and still am) brand new to pilates, I have never felt awkward or pressured for being a newbie. I highly recommend this place.
