I didn't know what to expect or how it works. As you walked in, there a waiting area on the right, a host on your left, fill a small questionnaire using a QR code. Once completed, you will be taken to a room of your selected escape, the host will explain the rules and you watch a short video then taken to your designated room which you have 60 mins to complete. It was a fun and mindful experience in which everyone should try it. Our host was Rocket, she was friendly, humorous, patient and knowledgeable. It is a great place to bring your entire family. The staff is incredibly friendly and kind, the puzzles are nonlinear, and the rooms are all family friendly and fun. We had such a great time that we came back the next day to do a different room. We talked to the staff about an upcoming concert and they were nice enough to make a keepsake for as an extra prize when we finished the second room.
