Very small gym space, only one incline bench and one flat bench. I was only in town for one day and the front desk attendant would not stop asking me if I wanted to sign up for a whole month. At least 4 times after I continued to tell her... I was very annoyed. Then after I paid $20 for a single day pass she took my ID hostage and told me I would get it back after my workout. Plus spiders and cob webs on equipment and dirty wipes laying around. Better off going to a planet fitness for a day. read more

The good: The staff have been friendly, it's clean, if you go during the day, during staffed hours it's fine. The bad: I'm a tiny female who, due to work hours, often has to go at night when it's unstaffed. I don't feel safe at this location. I'm not sure if there aren't cameras, or if the owners just don't care or what, but there have been multiple times that a guy working out will open the door and let in his non member friends, like a bunch of dudes. Also, there's a guy who lurks around the parking lot and will wait for you to approach the door, then run up on you and act like he's a member who just can't scan in, then he'll go into the bathroom and just hang out. He never works out. This has happened on many occasions, and he's done this to my husband too. Sadly due to this I have to drive farther away to go to a different location at night. read more

First of all, if I could give this gym ones zero stars I would, but the fact of the matter is that when I signed up paying $34.99 a month. And not being able to bring a guest is ridiculous at planet fitness. I was paying $21 a month and they didn't have an issue with what time I showed up and if I brought a guest so the fact of the matter is, I am canceling my membership today because of that reason, you're going to come up to me and tell me that guest hours end at 7:45. At 7:55 so you're telling me that guest hours ended 10 minutes ago and you're now just telling me no one was at the front desk when I walked in, so I will no longer be going to workout anytime at Towncenter because you can't just kick someone out because their guest.to top it off I have to pay another 34.99 to cancel my membership. DO NOT SIGN UP! It's unfortunate that a place I used to love going has caused a headache that's resulted in more than $1,000 in lost money. I was a long time member and signed up for training sessions. After a member for 3 years, even through the pandemic, I moved out of the area and needed to cancel my membership and training sessions. I thought that was the end of it. I saw on my bill that I got charged for another round of sessions. I sent an email through the corporate website asking why I was getting charged. No response (a common theme) I called and got the runaround. After nearly a week of calling and asking, the manager finally called me back. She told me there was nothing she could do about a refund (even though no services were rendered). I even said fine just to be done with the situation, and agree. She said I needed to send a letter to cancel, even though I made it very clear that I did not want to be signed up. We came to an agreement that if I sent a letter, she would waive the 30-day notice. I call a few days after sending the letter and the gym tells me they have it and we're all good. I think that's the end of it. (nope) A few weeks later, I get charged $180 AGAIN! I've tried calling several times to get this figured out and wouldn't you know it... no luck contacting the manager. read more

This location is awful. They can't keep staff so forget about staffing hours. You can call and ask how long they'll be staffed for that day and they'll say until 8PM. You get there and no one is there. What's the point of paying extra for extra services just for no one to be there? read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I PROMISE YOU THAT YOU CAN FIND A BETTER GYM THATS 24 HOURS NEARBY!!! This gym won't let you cancel with them unless you go to their wacky website and create account by calling and getting a register number. Which by the way dosent work, after being on the phone for a hour with the lady and her trying to explain I'm doing it wrong. I had to go In person and show the staff the website dosent work. Now I don't blame staff for a bad website that's out of their control. Although, I don't like being told I'm doing it wrong and talked to like a toddler over the phone especially when I tried to be very nice and considerate of the worker because I understand this isn't their fault. Anyways, theirs not much room at this gym, people there will leave sweat covered all over the seats. Now when I say covered that includes sometimes drenched like a paper towel ran under water. Not to mention paying so much money and not be able to bring a friend at any time. You only can during employee hours which can range. I'm telling you, you can find a infinitely better experience at planet fitness. I'm not picky with gyms, I get my workout in and I leave. This gym dosent even have that much equipment to be honest. I absolutely HATE signing up for gyms. Ive done golds and anytime fitness and its always such a hassle. This place is super clean, new tvs, tanning, and hydromassage all for a good price. Got the family pass for $40/ month with the girlfriend, cant beat that! Khyri got us set up super quickly which is always hard for me because my work schedule keeps me far away from office hours. Super friendly guy who let me walk through all the fine print which I'm sure had to be annoying. So far a great experience and we're super happy to be members! read more

I have been with Workout Anytime since 2018. The equipment is solid, and it is always clean. Thankfully, it is not filled with tons of "influencers" posing for the camera - which means I can get a real, meaningful workout without having to fight for a spot. As a side note, I signed up with Virginia back in 2018. When I had a billing issue, she called me immediately and got it resolved. It also made me feel great that despite a five year span, she still remembered me and a little about me. Thank you! read more

We've been at this location for two years and were at the Shallowford location for two years prior to this. The hydromassage at this location is amazing and worth the extra monthly fee. Equipment is always kept neat and operating, and Tim is doing an amazing job of extra cleaning. There has been a lot of staff turnover in two years All have been nice, helpful, and most have kept the facilities clean and stocked. Tim gets an A+ in all three areas. Goes out of his way to be helpful. Warm and welcoming too. read more

I have been a workout anytime member for almost two years now and i love their gyms, they are in very convenient locations and have all the equipment i need, however a little over a year ago i made the mistake of signing up for their training program, this has been in short a living hell. I have become just one of the many people who has fallen for the workout anytime training trap. Once you get signed on with them no matter what u say or do will stop them from charging your account, i have called multiple people to try and cancel my subscription and have been given countless excuses as to why they won't let me out of it, the breaking point for me was after their year long agreement was over they still to this day continue to charge my account despite all my calls, if this wasn't bad enough i have also attempted to contact multiple trainers to schedule my sessions for the past three months with no reply, it took me showing up in person for someone to finally listen to my concerns, who gave me the disheartening reply of " I should not be concerned about $180" and "I should consider myself lucky i am not being charged for another year" This grossly unprofessional exchange was made even worse by the fact I requested to speak to someone of higher authority and was told that "He was the owner os the training program", this "owner" is terribly misrepresenting the workout anytime brand, a company that already owes me $1000 in accrued training which i have to fight tooth and nail to get one training session, and wont even cancel my subscription without me writing them a formal letter and mailing it in, all of which was NEVER explained to me when i signed the agreement, this was clearly an attempt to get one final monthly charge out of me before being rid of them for good, unacceptable for a company charging $80 an hour for training. I have already contacted the bank and will be taking all the required action to ensure my voice is heard, this review is simply one step, I am not the first victim of their shady business practices but i hope I will be the last. Obviously the location is great for me, but the gym itself is quite nice as well. They have all the treadmills, ellipticals, free weights, benches, pulleys, tanning beds, hydro massage beds, and personal trainers that you need to get heart healthy and back in shape! The staff is great and knowledgeable! The cool thing about this place is that it is open 24 hours! If you need a great gym that is offering discounts, you have found one! They just had their grand opening last week and are offering memberships at a great rate! Also, for all you veterans out there like me... make sure you mention Lift for the 22 when you go in and ask about the veterans program. It is awesome!! read more

Overall, this gym does what it advertises -- It's open 24 hours. It has equipment. However, the bathrooms are filthy, and most of the time the TVs in front of the treadmills don't work properly. One TV, back in December 2017, was frozen for about a week. Things to keep in mind if you decide to be a member here (that they may or may not tell you or that you might not notice): - Their billing is handled by a third party called ABC Financial based in Arkansas (Who have many complaints lodged against them). - If you are month-to-month, they will charge you a large fee towards the end of the year, which is supposed to compensate for not raising rates on month-to-month customers in contrast to the yearly members. - In order to CANCEL your membership, you can't simply call or just go to the gym. You must submit a WRITTEN letter to either the gym OR ABC Financial (The gym owner will tell you to send it to ABC, but ABC will tell you to mail it to the gym). If you do not submit it 30 days in advance, you will continue to be charged. In some instances, and from what I have read since I cancelled, ABC Financial is notoriously hard to deal with or nail down. My guess is that they exist solely to shift responsibility from gym owners and vice versa. If you are ok with the $16 a month price, but understand that it may be hard to cancel, and that you get-what-you-pay-for -- then be my guest. If I had known some of these things before signing up, I would've said: "No thanks." read more

The Town Center club has a TERRIBLE billing policy. DO NOT JOIN THIS CLUB. They have POOR Customer service. During the outbreak I contacted their billing company (ABC billing) and told them to put my membership on hold until further notice because of the Coronavirus, which they said they would. After three months they started billing me again, even though, to this day, I have never returned to the club. I am a high-risk person to contract the coronavirus. During the middle of a pandemic they CONTINUED to bill ME! They said they sent an email to me to inform me they were billing me -- THEY DID NOT SEND ME AN EMAIL. They sent my account to collections. I contacted the local Manager for the club and he was USELESS. If you go to the website to issue a complaint, they have rigged the website, where you cannot submit your complaint.
