If you think that the pedestrian overpass that spans a good portion of Legaspi Village is just…read morethat, an overpass, you would be wrong. While technically it is just an overpass, the buildings that it passes through have all put up various businesses to entice those who are walking by to shop. They're not all food, either. There are coffee shops, gift shops and convenience stores. There's a bread shop, too. Oh, and there are a number of ATMs spread throughout in case the pedestrian sees something he or she likes in any of the stores but is short on funds. At one end of the walkway is the Ayala museum and Greenbelt, then a connecting bridge to Landmark. I enjoy walking through this overpass at a leisurely pace even as most everyone else seems to be in a mad rush to go to wherever it is that they are heading for. I recently went to one of those everything for one price stores and bought a bottle of men's cologne, which I use as an air freshener for my bedroom.

So what is it? The walkway is technically an elevated sidewalk that runs parallel Ayala avenue. How to access it? Easy! Just forget Ayala avenue and go it's inner streets (the one that's linear with Greenbelt), it'll be easy to spot from there. Another good thing about the walkway is that you'll also see here some nice pitstops like perhaps the only dunkin donuts establishment in the entirety of Ayala Ave, or the rather heartstopping Bagsik.

The building is very modern and…read moreis the base for a lot of small/medium businesses but some floors are dedicated to working spaces (8th and 20th if I am not mistaken). Very clean, great WiFi and unlimited tea and coffee! Only bad side is that you have to pay extra to print things (quite pricey actually) but they often have meet up events tot network with the other offices, which is nice and the IT guy is always around to help!

Chatted with Amy on their messenger--she was super patient, answered all my questions about finishes and compatibility even though it was a weekend, and got everything sorted so my order could ship out the next business day. When the Lalamove guy showed up, Gina texted me clear photos of the sealed boxes, the driver's ID, and the bike plate right away, which put my mind totally at ease (those things aren't cheap!). Boxes arrived in perfect condition, no dents or issues. Prices were way better than the physical stores I checked, and the customer service felt genuinely caring. This review is based upon the service received with Amy and Gina. I contacted Connie at one of their store locations, but their store didn't have it in stock. I was referred to Amy, who handles the online shopping orders. Amy walked me through the process on a Saturday so that she would be able to handle everything on her end after I placed my online order. Since I needed my own as soon as possible, she was able to make sure that someone would be able to pick up the order on Monday. If I had contacted her earlier during the day, I would have been able to pick up the order on the same day. When the Lalamove driver arrived, Gina sent me pictures of the items that were being picked up, the driver, his license, and his vehicle's license plate. I was happy to receive all the pictures since I purchased Hansgrohe fixtures, which I was fearful of having delivered by a Lalamove motorcycle driver. Amy assured me that I shouldn't have a problem with the Lalamove motorcycle delivery. I haven't opened the boxes yet, but all the boxes looked intact. I am very thankful for Amy and Gina's patience and helpfulness. I now understand why Madrigalejos Construction Services referred me to Kuysen.
