I'm still benefiting from Rush's ability to winnow down candidates and see the best match with my needs. She saved me not only the hassle of the search, but she got me an assistant who I've wanted to keep around (and have), thus saving me the hassles of rehiring and retraining. Working with Lori was wonderful, so knowledgeable about HR rules, laws and regulations. She had such ability to be so business oriented yet warm and extremely likable. Rush Recruiting is VERY adept at finding the right fit for your company - no one better out there.

The first thing I noticed when I went to visit was how welcomed I felt. The receptionist was warm and friendly and offered me something to drink. Before I even met Lori, it was clear that my presence in the office was welcome, and I felt like an honored guest. My meeting with Lori was highly beneficial with valuable information and lively interaction. My primary goal was to get help with my resume, which I had sent to her in advance. Lori had already looked over it and had several great ideas right off the bat. I thought my resume looked pretty good, but her experience in the field allowed her to pinpoint ways for me to make my resume even more powerful and concise. In addition to our meeting, she was available later via email to look over the changes I made to my resume. Perhaps the most special part of the meeting was how Lori "got me" and why I do my work. She heard my heart and even got teary-eyed as I talked about my passions! In a time when I was feeling a little uncertain about myself, it was so empowering to receive Lori's words as a mirror for me. I left her office feeling really good about myself, and armed with great tools to assist my job search. Lori Rush really knows her stuff.

I've managed many companies and employees over the years, so understand they are the backbone and most important resource in any business. Ormand has been my mom's sitter during hospice care on the above dates. He was comforting and soothing for mom during some very difficult times. His calmness and caring spirit instantly communicated with her--it was like a miracle. During her agitated states, Mom required constant and vigilant care. Ormand not only provided that--he also initiated the following: 1. Positioned mom from side-to-side (every two hours to relieve pressure on her bed sores) 2. Set up and maintained an hourly log regarding Mom's condition, meds administered, and times she was turned from side to side. This has been incredibly valuable information for everyone on the care team. 3. Changed her nightgowns and bedding to keep her fresh, and anything else he could think of to help keep her comfortable 4. Most important: Ormand's close scrutiny of mom's condition helped us all become aware of agitation caused by one of her meds--and so we were able to adjust medication orders--and Mom has been so much LESS agitated and peaceful ever since! Ormand is not only very intelligent and medically knowledgeable. He is genuinely caring, and takes serious responsibility for his patients--putting him in an entirely different league than ALL the caregivers my mom has had over the past ten years!! Ormand definitely exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend Ormand for any work or position for his training and skills. He is a superb employee and person. Any employer is lucky to have him. His compensation should reflect his high level of expert and caring service. We are so fortunate Ormand was sent to us. Katherine Lawrence

I emailed back and said I'm sorry that it would be a longer commute then I had anticipated and I was sorry thank you for the opportunity and he just responded back with k. That's all your going to say is k? That to me is so unprofessional and put a bad taste in my mouth for the company. Made me happy that I didn't go to be honest. I am a awesome worker and wouldn't want to work for someone like that.

According to all my supervisors, I had been without question a top performer. Alas, this is not a protective barrier. There were things that took place, things I'd prefer (perhaps for legal reasons) to not mention here. I can tell you these issues are commonly alleviated by going through proper channels, such as human resources and it became clear eventually that I had no choice but to go to human resources. Unfortunately it was unclear which human resources I was supposed to go to and which human resources could actually help. It turns out, there was no right way to handle it. It was BEYOND convoluted. As, I was hired by one temp agency (lyneer) and supervised by another agency, contracted to the company I was working for, which also has its own human resources? Its funny how preposterous that sounds. Anyways, it was all a bust. Seemed simple enough, turn to my actual bosses, lyneer staffing. No. The woman I typically (as well as preferably) spoke with about checks, scheduling, raises etc was in her words "really good friends with the gal who runs HR". I wasn't taken back as they're both in the same industry. However she did not advocate for me in my time of need, where she could have communicated on my behalf, she did not do so. It was all so much of a let down. The issues I faced became the office talk at Lyneer. One person, a coworker actually said,"I love hearing about you and the stuff that happens there, the girls at Lyneer talk about it when I go get my check." Unprofessional to say the least. A man for the other agency, the one which is the go to for my previous contract asked that stay in the office for a talk. He closed the door and removed his shirt so he could "show me his tattoo" yikes. I told a woman with the agency (Lyneer) about it and it went in one ear and out the other. Either because she didn't care, or wasn't listening. Either way, its not acceptable. I'll leave it at that. If you do come here for work, I wish you all the luck in the world. And I hope your experience here isn't as much of a disappointment.
