Unbelievably shabby and disrespectful attitude from the front counter girl. Was she properly…read moretrained in customer service? Obviously not. I came in as advised by the gentleman on the phone. I understood they don't find jobs like an HR dept., and how it generally works, not needing the little lecture about that. The front counter girl was extremely rude and said, "you keep talking and interrupting me[which I never once did]. Can I have a turn?" and just fought me the whole way in attempting to get signed up. "We haven't had any jobs for months," she says after (oddly) wondering what I was doing in their open-to-the-public office. Also questioned what I was told on the phone by her co-worker. Why would I lie?. Just, totally unbelievably demeaning treatment. You smile, you say, "Welcome to Rogue Staffing. How may I help you?" No wonder the place was empty. Pretty useless waste of space to be a staffing agency and have no job prospects for your patrons. I will happily seek employment assistance elsewhere and will spread the word that if people wish to retain their human dignity to stay away from Rogue Staffing.

AVOID this place like the plague…read more I got contacted by nikki jones for a job position over 40 days ago. I came in person 100 mile trip, signed up, did drug test, received i9 and w-2 forms and timecards. I spent hours doing onboarding and signing off on employee handbooks... Then got nothing in return. Constant excuses about the client and the run around. Never got offered any job despite marking myself available daily. Nikki was unprofessional, dodged my calls, i also received harassment and discrimination. I have copies of everything they sent me on email and text. They also had an excuse for not answering their business line it was out of order for two weeks! What a joke. Towards the end of 40 days she said she was gonna call the client again. Nothing. No update after a week. Then when i called her out they said the client is most likely to rescind their job offer, but its still posted on their website. Lies.

And then if you decide to cancel because of that it is an even BIGGER rat race and going in circles. Trust me. DO NOT order anything from Harry and David. If you like their items then pick up from a store (best wishes doing that). Dealing with "customer service" is an absolute NIGHTMARE. A) outsourced to India after hours and you can't hear or understand. B) when you do get someone on the phone they don't send you the cancellation confirmation and that's yet ANOTHER EMAIL NIGHTMARE to deal with. Don't go down that rabbit hole! Trust me. The representative talked very fast and did not leave a very clear message so I had to replay her message about 20 times before I could make out what the phone number really was. So They called me back the next day and I answered their questions and the lady told me she was going to send me the job application to my email address so I could apply for the job. She never even bothered to send it to me and made no attempt to ask me if I ever got it. Normally I would have followed up on it but I had a job that was keeping me busy and quite frankly I didn't have time to deal with a flaky Temp Agency to find a job actually related to what I went to school to get a Bachelors Degree in. Very bad service I hope they don't do this to actual unemployed people that are desperate for jobs.
