    I read the reviews..I was skeptical. How could an auto body place have 5 stars? Aren't they full of guys trying to talk you into expensive repairs beyond what you need? Not this place. Drop Off: I called and made an appointment to drop off my car for body work. The morning of, I pulled into the alley and met with an employee. I was all set in minutes and an Enterprise car was there to bring me around the corner to their location to get my rental car from the insurance company. so easy. The process: Be prepared to leave your car for a long time. Insurance companies don't seem to like to pay out money. So I kind of expected the long wait. The shop kept me updated with calls and emails, weekly. THE PICK UP: I finally got my car back. In and out in like 5 minutes. They reviewed the repair which looked brand new. ..but even better, I stepped into my car and it was detailed like it came off the dealer lot. Holy cow. It looks new inside. Shiny and squeaky clean. They did the tires and washed the car too. It looks like they swapped my car with a brand new one off the dealer lot. Ha. OVERALL: would 100% go here again. No question. Awesome shop. Great staff. And their repair work was excellent. Plus the spotless cleaning inside and out was truly magnificent.

    I take repair work very seriously, and Vitaly was great about providing me estimates. His team, however, is not. This is what I need to see.

    I came back here, asking for a quote. Unfortunately, instead of getting an estimate, I got a shocking line from their employee: "Don't worry. We will take care of it." Me: "Can I get an estimate of how much it would cost to fix it?" "We do great work. We will take care of you." Me: "Will this cost around $5,000 to fix?" "Don't worry, buddy. Just drop off the car and we will get it fixed." Every other legitimate body shop has given me an estimate of how much it would be to fix damages on my car. World Auto Body, unfortunately, decided to treat me like I was a clueless person and wanted me to drop off my car for repairs so they could charge me whatever the hell they wanted to. I misjudged this place. Thank you for doing great work in the past, Vitaly. But unfortunately, I have taken my business elsewhere.

    Car got in an accident and they were able to repair the bumper and side door without any problems. Really great service, the car looks brand new. It was all nice and detailed on the way back which was a great touch. Couldn't recommend them enough

    If there was an option for me to give World Auto Body 10 stars, I would because this business; this team of incredible individuals is what a body shops should be all about. They've exceeded my expectations and just went above and beyond when it came to their services. Top 5 words: Caring, Understanding, Supportive, Professional and Attentive. Literally from the beginning of my experience to the very end; it was clear and so smooth. I live in the city of Boston in not such a great neighborhood and unfortunately my car was hit with bullets due to the community violence in the city. This car, to me, is very sentimental because my parents had purchased and given this car to me. I absolutely LOVE MY CAR and World Auto body knew this. I was so upset and nervous about the outcome of my vehicle. They didn't make no promises but they told me they would work hard and do the best that they could to save my car; and that's exactly what happened! They worked with my insurance and they made a miracle happen for me and I am eternally grateful to them. Lily, the office manager, is phenomenal as she deserves so much! As the face of the company and brand when you walk in, she is so kind and understanding. She listens and tries her best to help all the clients who come through the door by making you feel comfortable. It's never easy having you or your car go through any ordeal but this is a place you can come to and know everything will be ok. Lily is very informative, professional and she communicates with you every step of the way with your car letting you know any updates. I swear she is an angel! Today when I picked up my car I met another great employee named Robert. Another individual who deserves such great praise as he walked me around my car and let me know all of the work that had been done. My Honda came back to me as if it was just purchased off the lot at the dealership. In addition to fixing all of the repairs, they also detailed, washed, vacuumed, dried and polished my car. It was so beautiful and shiny, almost hadn't recognized it when I received it back; they even had it warming up for me which was awesome. I appreciated his comments and overall feelings of what the car meant to me as well as the integrity of the business and what they stood for. It made me realized from Lily, to my insurance company, down to the workers in the shop and even detailing...World Auto Body knew my story and they sincerely wanted to help and support me in every way by giving me my car back. As a confirmation for anyone who needs a place to bring their car after an accident or like myself an accident to no fault of your own, please come here! They do everything: Auto body repair, mechanical work, detailing services, computer diagnostic, collision repair and more as I am sure of. You will not regret it! Trust me; I have posted here a few (not all pictures could be uploaded) before and after pictures of my car in case if you all want to know. WAB is not like any other shop because here they really care and take care of their customers above and beyond. You can trust them and all of their hard work, you, as a customer will not be disappointed! As for me I am so happy and grateful to this team. Thank you Lily! Thank you Robert!     I've written a review before for World Auto Body but I'm writing another one because they did an amazing job fixing my car again, this time for my fender bender repair. Although getting into an accident was stressful, it didn't feel as bad knowing that I can bring it into World Auto Body whom I trust a lot. My damage was on my right rear door, rims, quarter panel and the rear bumper but my car came back completely renewed into a brand new car. They also changed the rims to a brand new one, due to damage in the old one and fixed other minor areas not directly involved in the accident. And as always they will detail your car at the end! They really take pride in the quality of the repair by their professional standards so you can be sure your car will be taken care of. Also their process for renting a car is super smooth; they will directly call the rental car company to have you picked up from World Auto Body. And as always they are super friendly and helpful! Thank you!

Last year, I had my side mirror knocked off and they helped me repair the damage through my auto insurance but they initially installed the wrong mirror onto my vehicle and then replaced it with the correct one a day later. This time around, there were some damages to the front of my vehicle. The accident occurred after Christmas and I was scheduled for a drop-off a couple weeks after my insurance contacted the location that I'd need work done. They called me to schedule the drop-off, which provided seamless customer service. Drop-off was quick and easy as I didn't require a rental. I was quoted 2 weeks for repair time but it was done in little over a week. I went to attempt to pick up my vehicle yesterday and the valet attendant accidentally locked my key in the car and I did not have the spare key on me. The mechanic was attempting to get my car open for a bit and I asked what was happening as a bit of time had passed and was informed of the situation. It was 6°F outside so this may have contributed to their difficulty in unlocking my car. The desk staff offered to compensate for an Uber as I was going to be late for work and compensate my Uber to come pick up my car later that day. I decided to take public transit instead to work and they called me a few minutes once I got on the train that they unlocked my car and would deliver my car to my workplace later within the day instead of having me come pick it up. The owner of the establishment gave me a phone call later that day to apologize for the inconvenience and also stated he'd be dropping my vehicle off for me. I received text notifications upon his arrival and my car had returned to my possession. Glenville Terrace Auto Body never fails to provide exceptional customer service and attention to detail. I appreciate the interior and exterior clean that they provide as well and my car is always looking great after repairs. I will be returning if I need any additional work done to my vehicle as they are the best of the best in the area.

    I've been corresponding with Glenville Terrace Auto Body for about two months or so, from talking…read moreto GEICO insurance, bringing my Toyota Corolla Cross in to determine what parts need to be ordered from Toyota (there was a backlog on part of the Toyota manufacturer), until next week will be the time when all the parts arrive and Glenville Terrace Auto can finally start fixing the multiple damages (scratches and bumps) on my Toyota Corolla Cross. I hope the color comes out to be perfect -- just like the original color coming out of the factory. Hopefully there is no issue here as this color can be considerably unique. This far, though, for the past two or so months, my correspondence with Glenville Terrace Auto Body has been very smooth and professional. They explain to me and follow up thoroughly with what to expect and the timeline to be expected. I still expect perfection for them to fix my car! They were nice enough to even go above and beyond and offered to drop me off at Enterprise because, on Enterprise's fault, Enterprise was lagged in coming to Glenville Terrace Auto Body, to give me the car I reserved way in advanced through GEICO. So yea, kudos for Glenville Terrace Auto Body. Once my car parts arrive--early December 2023-, I expect everything to go smoothly with Glenville Terrace; I hope perfection on the repair of my car, so that I can recommend my other colleague and friends in the areas who don't know about this hidden Auto Body Shop. Hoping for a perfect service and handling everything smoothly with the GEICO insurance on my behalf. I've researched this place a great deal, did my due diligence before entrusting them to repair my Toyota Corolla Cross--so I also hope the owner/manager, Barry Hynes, personally take the time to make sure the repair is done to the best of their ability and meet the QC expectations so that it will be a one time fix and memorable experience for me!

He always addresses all of my questions and concerns. He is a great communicator and leaves me a voicemail update when I can't answer the phone. Khalil and his team are the best!!     I brought my Toyota Prius to Foreign Motors after the car stopped turning on. I was charged $300…read morefor diagnostics. Afterward, I learned from Herb Chambers Toyota of Boston that my issue was connected to a recall and that the repair would be covered at no charge by Toyota. When I informed Foreign Motors, I was told that my car was moved to their other location but not to worry because they had a friend at Toyota who would handle getting the recall work done once they towed the car there. Later, when I contacted Toyota directly to confirm whether my car had arrived, the owner of Foreign Motors became upset and told me I needed to trust him and that I was damaging his relationship with his contact at Toyota. This left me with the impression that they may have initially been attempting to repair the issue themselves and charge me for work that ultimately should have been covered under the recall, although I cannot say that for certain. The entire experience left me uncomfortable and concerned about transparency and communication. To be fair, they did help coordinate getting the car to Toyota, but based on my experience, I would encourage customers to independently verify recall coverage and repair details directly with the dealership before agreeing to major repair costs.
