We are new to the area and have been so behind on unpacking and laundry. I decided to take a chance with their services. I had about 50 pounds of laundry (I know, don't judge me lol). I set my pick up and delivery date online. Shortly after, I received a text confirmation. I used the code "20PICK" for 20% off first time pick up and delivery. On pick up date, I was informed via text when the driver was en route to my home. I set my bags of laundry on the porch in laundry bags. Once the driver picked them up, I was informed via text that they were taken off the porch. The next day, I received another text that the driver was en route back to my house and a final text confirming drop off. I could not believe my eyes how smoothly this process went. From the moment I opened my door, I SMELLED MY LAUNDRY THROUGH THE BAGS. Not only did I smell my laundry, everything was SO neatly folded and hung up. I also received my personal laundry bags back. The clothes were folded and stacked neatly in tighter bags to ensure the clothes did not come unfolded. I have military parents -- even they would be impressed with the innate attention to detail these folks gave to my laundry. The pricing is extremely reasonable (even without a coupon). I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I highly recommend The Laundry Link and I will be taking full advantage of their services and being in their delivery zone. No regrets. The setup's better than expected: couches and stools in the waiting area, WiFi that actually works, and vending machines stocked with snacks and drinks if you're in it for the long haul. Plenty of food options nearby, too, if your wash cycle turns into lunch. Big washers are $5.00, dryers run you 25¢ for every 5 minutes. Bring quarters or hit the change machine--it's right near the vending machines. Bonus: they offer fluff & fold services. I used to love this when I lived in San Diego--there's something magical about getting your laundry back clean, folded, and ready to put away like you have your life together. This time around, I brought my GuppyFriend bag (because microplastic pollution is real), and asked the staff if the machines have built-in filters. The person on duty didn't know but said she'd ask the owner. Until then? Happy to have my own microplastic plan in place. Overall? Splish Splash Laundromat is clean, convenient, and worth the spin.

I'll admit, I had been shying away from this place because I thought they would be pricey in comparison to all the other places. However, I did some price comparisons and they are in line with normal prices. All that being said, service is great here. I usually am able to pick up my items the next day and their hours are very working friendly (they open at 6:30AM!!). ABSOLUTELY GIVE THEM A TRY!…read more I dropped off two items that I NEVER thought could be resurrected! A favorite silk dress that had a oil stain on it for 5+ years, just could not bring myself to throw it away after many attempts to fix it. I even forgot to mention the stain when dropping it off. When I got home from picking it up I was amazed that the stain was GONE! Wore the dress that night out to dinner....and I was convinced it was a goner. The second item, my favorite jacket that like a moron I wore to the stables and practically ruined. Michelle one of the owners called me concerned that the leather might not respond well and I figured it couldn't get much worse so go ahead. Let me tell you that thing is beautiful, looks just like it did when I bought it!
