Jessie is a very nice guy that understands Customer Service, and he gave me great advice. The place is clean, nicely organized, and well stocked. Felt no discernable benefit and got a slight headache everytime I used it. I Have not had this experience with other cartridges and have never felt like it was shredding my lung tissue before. Took back to store because this product was of low or defective quality. Was told no refund and no exchanges because I'd already used it. Yeah, how else was I going to find out it was cooking oil? I can compare it to smoking a cigar in my car. I live less than quarter mile from here, and I'd rather drive 5 miles away to get a cigar then from here. this spot is my emergency stash. the owner does not believe in buybacks or throwing you an extra bone for being a patron. I have to go through a few cigars too find a good cigar. the issues can range from the cigar not being wrapped to tight or too many vains. I can never get an evening burn when I pull on the cigar. Nothing here is premium, all are straight Dominican. I laugh every time I go to get a cigar from here bcz some of the cigars are cases in glass jars with a fasting lid for air quality within the humidor room. There's a great selection of cigars as well as some comfy seating with a TV in the back, plus you can BYO scotch or whatever usually compliments your cigar smoking (though he has a variety of non-alcoholic beverages like water and soda). And surprisingly, the air quality is very good thanks to the air purifier, so a non-smoker shouldn't be too offended. Always good to see fun places popping up in the neighborhood and the owner, Ernest, is a nice and knowledgeable guy. Definitely looking forward to supporting him and his new venture.
