It is a busy store, but that's only because of all the great things they have inside. The staff is always friendly and super helpful. This most recent visit I was helped by Monica at the cashier register. She was sweet and checked me out quickly. The prices here are affordable, but they also can be a little expensive depending on what you're looking for. Really poor experience with the manager here. Honestly it's very concerning that TJX company would have this manager in place. We were sold an item that was run up incorrectly and should have been $599.99 but accidentally got charged only $116. When we took the item back to return within 48 hours with the correct tag on it for $599.99 they would not take it back for the $116 refund and forced us to keep it. It's a poor look on the company to not accept an item back that they accidentally undercharged for even with the tag on it and receipt present. As a business owner myself it makes no sense. HomeGoods lost $480 worth of revenue because of this error and poor management. read more

Always stocked with goodies but here is something to change please : Do NOT organize cosmetics in colors. They belong in categories, not COLORS. I want to go directly to the "face cream" section not search for one in " every color of the rainbow" section. Ugh. read more

The line is so stupid there's legit probably 30 to 50 people and six cashiers. The store is messy and the customers think that they're all that for shopping at HomeGoods lol mostly these people probably are the ones who moved out of California because they can't afford to live there so they move to Las Vegas. This was my first, and last time attempting to shop at Home Goods on Warm Springs. Customer service is non-existent here. What a miserable experience, and after waiting in line for 8 minutes as the ONE REGISTER open slowly processed returns, I just gave up and left. John the 3rd the manager has terrible customer service skills. We attempted to return a bookshelf but did not have the receipt. According to their policy we could receive store credit but according to Joh the 3rd he would not accept our return. He totally disregarded the posted store policy. The worst part was he thought it would be professional to yell from 20' away that he would take our return. We love Home Goods but John the 3rd is an embarrassment to the company. read more

Came here to shop because they always have a great variety. Unfortunately, when we checked out there were only 4 cashiers with 37 customers in line. There was a supervisor behind the register making charge account announcements every 15 minutes and numerous associates going back and forth behind the registers, but not ringing. When there are that many customers waiting in line additional staff should be called to the registers instead of making charge account announcements. We waited 36 minutes to get to a cashier. We would shop here more often, but there are never enough cashiers at this location. read more

I wish I would've took photos, but I didn't. You could not get down the isles at all. You would have to carry everything in your arms because using a cart was nearly impossible. Everything is just stacked on top of each other. It's a total mess. And the prices are extremely outrageous. That's why they are getting backed up with so much stock. I use to love this store and while they still have a good selection of items the wait to check out is ridiculous. HIRE more checkers. There are frequently 40 to 50 people waiting to check out and they have 3 or 4 checkers. At the the same time they have numerous other employees just wondering around. Cross train a few. Awesome store taking covid procedures seriously - we lined up out front and limited capacity in the store meant people were let in only once other patrons exited. I've been on an organizing kick and found some great clear acrylic organizing bins for even better prices than on Amazon (check out the BINO bins) and also got this great water dispenser for the kitchen for $25! read more

I know "they," say retail is dead or dying, but I like this store. It has an excellent assortment of home-related goods and products from cookware, furniture, dishware, bedroom, and various eclectic foods. When you meander through the Home Goods located at 8435 W. Warms Springs Road, you'll occasionally find yourself in their sister store, TG Max, that is sometimes difficult to tell you've entered. What an excellent way to sell both brands, defray costs and overhead, and pass it along to the consumer. I tip my hat and appreciate the person or people that came up with this unique idea, which I'm sure other retailers will eventually follow. The only negative I can mention is that both Home Goods and TJ Max share the same checkout line, making it quite long. However, they utilize more than enough cashiers to make the sometimes 20-25 person line relatively quick moving. This particular location on Warms Springs Road is the only one that (I know) physically "share" the same location as I am aware. If there's anyone out there who knows other similar places, I'd appreciate learning where. These stores follow COVID 19 protocol and social distancing. I feel safe so long as there aren't any customers refusing to recognize the real threat of COVID 19. read more

came in to return a wreath that had a battery pack, but the one i purchased didn't have a back cover for the battery. Came in to not exchange it but get a battery pack for the one i wanted. the other one they had in stock looked ugly AF. the The home goods super said "no it won't be fair. I can give you a discount, but you can't have the back" the tj maxx cashiers thought it was dumb and so did i! i don't think i'll be shopping here for a really long time because that really was a stupid thing to do!!! You should go to the store they have everything and the prices are good. I go to the one on Warm Springs and Durango. Chris is a great manager. He puts all the Rae Dunn out so if you get there at 9:30 in the morning when they open you have a chance at getting everything that comes out. Sometimes you don't get anything but keep trying everyday.you will get something. Be careful because there are a lot of Dunn hunters that are there at 9:00 in the morning and if they get to it first they take it all. Sorry if you work day shift and can't make it there then you won't get anything because they don't put it out in the afternoon.first check the glass shelves and if nothing walk fast to the tanks in the back aisle.they keep tanks out and sometime you can find something on it.goodluck everyone.it's so fun especially when the same people get all the good stuff. read more

Manager on duty "Maria" is horrible she let an employee make up a price for a straw handbag that didn't have a price on it. She then pretended to look it up online and say yea that's the price because she was too lazy to find the price. Listen, you just gander and peruse every aisle. Something always outstanding, well interesting and let's admit yes, one can use it or find a place for that special item in your hand. Go ahead, place it in the cart and keep searching:) decorations, housewares, lamps, furniture etc. is endless and they are always adding merchandise onto their shelves! Be warned, you can easily be thinking oh I can switch this out for that old thing at home. Then, another item and what have you- redecorating a room! I've done it. Let me tell you, it's quite easy! The seasonal merchandise here is quite extensive and less expensive than those other stores:) yes, one for you and another gift for that special someone or MAYBE even a family member:) Everything is returnable, and they have paper tape-measures throughout the store. This one is attached to a t.j Maxx which in a way means you get less of t.j Maxx and less of home goods? But HomeGoods had a fair amount of furniture. I wouldn't say it was super cheap but it was there. That's what I was looking for. In fact, I guess I thought that the price is here were a bit more than average compared to other HomeGoods. And then to be perfectly honest, the other TJ Maxx I go to which is closer to Chinatown is better. But, you know, it's what you'd expect. read more

This place is my jam. My favorite HomeGoods/TJ Maxx location in the Vegas area. They have the best selection of furniture and decor at the best deals. That being said, they're also the first to run out of stuff, so it's best you arrive early and find out when new trucks come in. The employees are really friendly here, as well. As with every HG/TJM they push pretty hard for the TJX credit card and charity donations, but they aren't rude when you kindly decline. A decorators dream! I walked in and I immediately noticed a massive Eiffel Tower and I knew I was going to have problems! I can't take it home with me because it would never fit in my car! The entire time I'm shopping all I can think of is how am I going to get that home and where am I going to put it?!?!? Turning into every aisle I found more treasures. A large hour glass which is now the biggest I own, a beautiful wooden bowl that would be perfect for fruit, so many cooking gadgets that you probably end up using once a year but you still need them. And then the ultimate jackpot, a very unique wooden side table that was love at first sight. I could have taken half this store home with me! There are so many great pieces here and I'm still thinking about how I'm going to get my hands on the massive Eiffel Tower. This store is really great and it has so much to offer. Tons of Fall and Halloween items to decorate with and of course I couldn't leave without my pumpkin spice candle. What's there to really complain about except for the fact that you will need to take a good look at some furnitures for damage before purchase. They have a good assortment of things but sometimes when you are trying to find a matching something they don't have it like rugs or pillows. Most things are decently priced and they have cute items all the time. They also have cute furniture items too, but like I said earlier that nightstand might be a single not a double! There is a lot of fun stuff here from home decor, to area rugs, to funky, modern furniture, to gifts, to clothes, to bedding, to cookware. It really is a onestop shop for a lot of fun things. I can spend hours here looking, touching, and smelling things. If you see something you like, snatch it right away. Just like Ross and Marshalls, what they have out, they have out, and it is priced to sell. I am still mourning the loss of the perfect black wedges that I didn't get... Oh, the memories we could have created all around town. What I truly like about HomeGoods/TJ Maxx is that they are so nicely kept up. Now that I've finally moved into my own place - no family, no boyfriends, no roommates, all my own, I am having a field day at Home Goods. I used to live near the one on Eastern and St. Rose but the selection here is far superior. The wall art leaves something to be desired and there is nearly no selection on curtains, but everything else is on lock. I got a Le Creuset spatula for $3 here. Insanity! It doesn't match the rest of my collection but for the price, I couldn't leave it on the shelf. I'm currently coveting a $50 3 piece vanity kit but it's too high for me. Some stuff is priced insanely cheap, other pieces... Major sticker shock. Luckily parking and the lines are a breeze. read more

It's a conglomerate HomeGoodsTJMaxx. All rolled into one! So much to see. I was searching for an area rug and had been to 2 other HomeGoods. This visit scored a winner! $99 for a 5x8 rug? Yes. Nice selection of area rugs and there were a few I would consider buying. Store is clean and checkout was smooth, which is important at any major discount retailer. I'd forgotten how close this location is to the 215, and will plan to stop by more often. read more
