I don't know what is worse, the selection and quality of the mattress or the customer service. After consulting with their managers, the only option I have is to spend even more money to have my mattress replaced. Never trust a business that never runs sales and accepts no returns ever. Will never buy again and cannot recommend to anyone. If you buy from them, you're essentially stuck.

The point of leaving reviews is to avoid potential crisis when a problem arises. That's where this store fails. When a salesman has to leave out information that requires more money out of your pocket at a later date for a return policy that is lying. We wanted to return a mattress before it was delivered at a later date. We were told the store would go above their "non-returnable" policy, and provide a trial period. A week later we decided to return the item. It was then the salesman revealed what he intentionally left out and charged us a large fee to return it+in store credit! The salesman, or owner, explained later that he didnt have time to explain the conditions, or strings attached. I explained this to a local competitor and who just shook their head. Now we are stuck with a $600+ mattress we've never used that we requested to return. It's still in the plastic! The company is now calling my number back to further tell me how it was my family's fault because they didn't ask for the return policy details. Wow.."Don't ask don't tell" policy? This is crazy. My experience with Levin in North Canton started great with the sales associate Dezaray. She was…read morevery helpful, patient and kind. I was looking for a lift chair, and sat in several different chairs, which I also had done previously at a different store. They were all smooth and quite when changing positions. I also found another chair that would work well with the lift chair. Once the delivery people left, I tried the lift chair. I notice right away sounds and movement when putting the feet out, that I NEVER heard from any of the other chairs I tried in the store, including the same one I purchased. I called to have the chair serviced and the tech. said there was nothing wrong with it, and they all made similar noises and movements, which was not my experience with any of the chairs I tested at either store, but he would have the store call me that day or the next day. Several days later, with NO call from the store I called them. Of course, the umber you dial goes to a different location, and they would have them call me back. When I got that call from Michelle, she told me lift chairs could not be returned, and the tech said there was not a problem. Again, I did not hear the noise or the motion on any of the chairs I tried, so she said the store would call me later. It was the next day when they called me back, again repeating the same thing the others said. I just hung up on that person, but I will NEVER step foot in another Levin store again. They had NO problem taking my money!!!

When delivered it was a queen size mattress and the employee that sold it to us acted like he did nothing wrong. The only thing We are guilty of is not catching his mistake. He then had "his boss" Rob call us from another store. He has done absolutely nothing as well. It has been a nightmare to deal with. The absolute worst customer service experience we have ever had. Then the wrong size bed frame was delivered, then the next delivery the headboard was cracked and the nightstand ports did not work. After that the people never showed up when they were supposed to pick up and/or repair the damaged items . He finally decided to return all the items and they did not show up when they were supposed to either. Very poorly run company and warehouse , and would never buy from them again.
