What I appreciate about Kumari especially is her knowledge of form. She really takes the time to make sure each person is using good form, thereby setting a strong foundation. I felt that I was able to experience deeper, more productive stretches this way. She is also a wonderful resource on different breathing techniques. Breath is so vital to our existence, so I was glad she didn't ever skimp on that aspect--this can make all the difference between a decent yoga session and a wonderful one. I always emerged from her classes and workshops feeling renewed, not to mention that my tension melted away and any knots that normally reside in my neck/shoulders/back disappeared each time. After just a few classes I felt that my core was getting stronger and that my form was greatly improving, and that I had more energy and more peace in my life overall.

The dance workouts are great, these two instructors are pure gold, and the classmates are like friends now! Also the flexibility with different price packages is super awesome and it's so easy to register for a class through my phone! So easy! So fun! Can't recommend enough!

Shortly after, I got another email saying the class was canceled and that I would not be charged. As a new client, I was surprised that no one reached out to explain the situation. When I called to get clarification, the experience was disappointing. The person I spoke with was rude and questioned my availability instead of addressing my concerns. I was also told there are no refunds, only class credit, something that was never clearly explained in the email or communicated proactively. A simple phone call and a more professional, customer-friendly approach would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, this experience left a poor first impression.
