As well as, a wide selection of pencils, pens, fountain pens, stationary, ledgers, printer toner, other printer needs, and many other treasures. The young women working the printing center were friendly, helpful, and so kind to answer any questions I had. They had my items quickly available and seemed to be willing to re-print anything if there was a problem (which there wasn't). Printing at Staples can be a bit more expensive than other places, but the quick turnaround, the convenience, and the quality of the prints make the price what you would expect. And of course, once I reached a certain point of inputting my own information I walked out from behind the counter and waited for someone else to walk up to help me. Because I don't know how to operate their computer system. I put the shipping address as the return address. To which the next individual said, "Oh you made a mistake. You put in the return address as a shipping address. Where are you shipping it to?" I SIMPLY POINTED AT THE ADDRESS THAT WAS IN BIG BOLD BLACK LETTERS THAT WAS ALREADY ON THE BOX. I stated, "Look, man. I'm just trying to ship a package. That's all I need to do." (I had my shipment, packed, labeled clearly with the address on the box! All of the information was there right in front of them.) I had absolutely no confidence in their ability to ship this package so I simply grabbed my package and said, "I think I'll go to an actual UPS store to make sure it's done right. I truly thought that if I walked in with the box ready to be shipped with a return address and the shipping address printed and taped to the box that it would be the simplest thing to do.
