As well as, a wide selection of pencils, pens, fountain pens, stationary, ledgers, printer toner, other printer needs, and many other treasures. And of course, once I reached a certain point of inputting my own information I walked out from behind the counter and waited for someone else to walk up to help me. Because I don't know how to operate their computer system. I put the shipping address as the return address. To which the next individual said, "Oh you made a mistake. You put in the return address as a shipping address. Where are you shipping it to?" I SIMPLY POINTED AT THE ADDRESS THAT WAS IN BIG BOLD BLACK LETTERS THAT WAS ALREADY ON THE BOX. I stated, "Look, man. I'm just trying to ship a package. That's all I need to do." (I had my shipment, packed, labeled clearly with the address on the box! All of the information was there right in front of them.) I had absolutely no confidence in their ability to ship this package so I simply grabbed my package and said, "I think I'll go to an actual UPS store to make sure it's done right. I truly thought that if I walked in with the box ready to be shipped with a return address and the shipping address printed and taped to the box that it would be the simplest thing to do.
