I followed up 1 week after the call and she let me know she would have something to me in a week. This was February 10th and the last I have heard since. Since February 10th, I have been unable to get a response from her or the company about the travel plan. I sent multiple kind emails asking for a timeline, left voicemails and spoke to the person who answered the main phone pleading for someone to call me back. Against my better judgement, I still stuck with it thinking they were helping me. A full month later, I have still not received an ounce of communication and we are having to move onto a different company. It is putting our family in a bad situation and now is a month of time wasted. I have no idea why this agent "ghosted me" and is refusing the event reply to an email or call me back. A simple, "I am still working on it" or "it turns out I don't have the bandwidth to handle your request" email would have sufficed, however I can't event get that from her or the company. It is really disappointing and very unprofessional. This is my first experience with a travel agent in over 20 years and it was disappointing to say the least. I'd caution you on using Willamette International Travel if this is the way they feel the need to treat their customers. I can't imagine this happening if a problem with a flight or hotel reservation would come up, you would be on your own to figure it out.

We were having a very hard time finding airfare that would meet our needs. After submitting the form, I received the message that they would "contact us within 24 hours." Since, we were going into the weekend, I gave extra time to receive our quote. Late Monday, February 3, I called since I had not heard from anyone. Bittu told me she would get me that quote. I asked, "today"? She said she would get me that quote "by the end of the day." Late Tuesday, February 4, I received the quote. "Sorry for the delay" with three air options with prices for each. However, the quote did not specify which class this quote was for (business, premium, etc.) or whether the price quoted was for one traveler or two. I responded asking Bittu these questions. I never heard from her so on February 6th, I reached out again and said, "We can't move forward without knowing answers to our questions below." As of today, February 8th, I have not heard a word from her. I realize we only were requesting help with airfare so maybe we weren't worth her time but please tell me that upfront so I can do in a different direction and firm up our trip. I felt this interaction was very unprofessional. This was my first time reaching out to a travel service and it will be my last.

I'm so happy that we took a chance and went with Chevy. We had pretty lofty goals for our itinerary as we wanted jammed packed days of seeing all the major sights and the coast; Chevy's itinerary blew it out of the water. Before the trip, he was very patient with us as we finalized the itinerary. During the trip, we felt like VIPs with our drivers/tour guides - they were all very professional, timely, and friendly. Lucked out with same day door to door service - We've been able to call on these guys a couple of…read moretimes in a hurry and pinch with very fast response and flexibility. Sometimes emergencies or rush situations happen and scheduling medical transport with wheelchair capability can be a serious hassle since most transport requires advanced scheduling and planning. COMPARISONS - Sadly many insurance don't cover non-emergency medical transport. Getting old isn't cheap and medical transport isn't either, compared to other similar services ANEMT rates are average to a little better. MetroWest transport is the most popular and great, but they are constantly booked at least 1-2 days out or 5-10 hours for same day. MetroWest also has stair capable wheelchairs and stretchers by request and door to door service. TriMet offers basic medical transport for fairly cheap via shuttle, but they don't offer door to door so you'll need someone to push if the chair isn't motorized and electric. Uber and Lyft have wheelchair capable vehicles, but again, no door to door service and requires advanced scheduling. Interestingly Kaiser Washington State insurance covers non-emergency transport, but not in Oregon. Above and beyond - Along with being able to respond quickly with door to door service, they helped with transferring inside the home to and from the wheelchair. Aways super nice and friendly guys. Easy pay via credit card through a tex message link or over the phone. Have questions, be sure to ask, they are very helpful and accommodating. Good service, responsive, fast and better pricing than most. Thanks for taking good care of our family.
