We saw ruins, visited towns for food and shopping, and enjoyed luxury on the cruise. And she was with us (via text and email) every step of the way to make sure everything went smooth and there were no problems. At one point, 2 days before we left for Rome, one of the Rome tour companies decided to close for Easter week and Rhonda found us a replacement tour the same day, same time, at no extra cost. She is amazing. And she's always there when you need here - not like some agencies where it takes hours for someone to get back to you. She can arrange anything from a weekend getaway to a weeks-long super vacation. For us, it was a big comfort knowing that everything was taken care of in advance and we didn't have to worry about anything - all of our travel itinerary, tickets, and luggage tags arrived well ahead of time.
