Having never used them before I was kind of expecting more of the same- nasty car, doofus driver etc. I was pleasantly surprised to be picked up by a great driver (Mike) and an even nicer car. The cars are definitely well maintained and totally clean and in excellent shape. You really can't express how much that means unless you have sat in an airplane seat for 17 hours and all you want to do is get home and crash.
