DUPED. That's the word that I would use to describe how I feel about this company. I took the initiative to help my daughter and her friends find a limo for their prom. Never one to wait to the last minute, we took a tour of the facility in January. We looked at a limo, then at a Mercedes sprinter, which was more money. When they saw the Mercedes sprinter, they were in awe. Neon lights, bench seating that faced each other and would facilitate easy access for the girls and their dresses, and the music sounded superb via the surround sound speakers. We booked the Mercedes sprinter on the spot! With 10 teens and all of their parents in front of my house, what pulled up was an older Ford sprinter, with seats that looked like a school bus. My face fell to the ground, as the kids were so disappointed. There were two crushed water bottles on the floor, the girls had a hard time getting into the bus, the speakers were tiny and there were zero neon lights. This was a utility bus, not a bus that screamed fun time for prom. While the driver was nice and he got our kids to and from safely (which at that time), was the most important thing for me, I don't like doing business with companies that swindle you. read more

When I was looking for a transportation company for my wedding the most important aspects to me were reliability and punctuality. Cruise Control is both of these things and so much more!! All of the vans and limos were 15 minutes early as promised and the drivers were SO friendly and helpful! I don't know how they put up with our crazy groomsmen. Additionally, communicating with Margaret was great, she is lovely and very responsive. I was especially touched by our driver Brian who climbed into the back of the limo and walked up and down the entire length of the car to turn all the vents off so only two were open and blasting me with cold air (which I needed!) They also helped carry the back of my dress into the church and even fluffed it out right as I was about to walk down the aisle! I cannot recommend Cruise Control highly enough and after hearing horror stories about other wedding limos I will definitely insist all my friends and family use Cruise Control!! read more

We are really happy that we found Cruise Control Limousines and retained them for a point to point drop off for our wedding. We dealt with Margaret who is the owner and is incredibly professional, nice, and easy to work with. The price that she quoted us was fair and the Limo showed up a good 15-20 minutes early. We used Cruise control for a ride into Brooklyn for my nieces wedding on August 3,2018. Our driver was STEVE who was very personable and a great driver too. We were dropped off at the hotel where people were staying at and then picked up at the venue at 26 Bridge, Brooklyn. We had a Chevy suburban vehicle for our comfort. Their service on the day of our wedding was excellent. We hired a full coach bus and a Rolls Royce from Cruise Control Limos. We paid around $2,000. After shopping around we found that this price was very competitive. Their driver was nothing but courteous. He drove us from the hotel where we were picked up to a park and then to the wedding. The Rolls Royce even played wedding sounds which was super fun. The driver allowed us ample time to take pictures and even made some suggestions on how to better the experience. The Rolls was one of my wife's favorite parts of our wedding. It made her dream come true. The coach bus was a big score for many of our guests who enjoyed drinking more than they would have otherwise. The bus also was on time and the driver was excellent. The coach bus driver made several shuttles between the hotel and the wedding site all on very tight schedule. The only issue with Cruise Control Limos was a billing issue but Steve was eager to help us resolve it. We appreciate his efforts. We would recommend the service. read more

Most unprofessional Limo company that I have ever witnessed in my life. I was a part of Joseph Cheng & Maricel De Vera wedding along with Julie Wang Ian Ryan Brian Kupchik, and many others that are on facebook. We were running 20 minutes late and both the limo and trolley drivers told us that we had to wrap it up and that they were leaving us there at the church and that we had to find our own way. Tell us that we have pay overtime for going past our scheduled time but what kind of monsters try to ruin the day for bride and groom. Who gives this company the right to tell the bride and groom no you can't take pictures in the church after the wedding ceremony. You would think that it's a limo company that has done weddings before and know that they almost always go over so plan for it. Please what ever you do stay away from this company go with someone else. read more

I cannot say enough good things about this company. We used them for our son's wedding, and could not be more impressed with their service and professionalism. We rented a trolley for the bridal party, a shuttle van for the guests to/from the church/reception, and a point to point car service for the bride and father to the church. Starting from the reservation they were pleasant and knowledgeable with what we wanted and needed. They followed up a week before the wedding to re-confirm all of the arrangements. The vehicles showed up early, were clean and prepped. All three drivers were courteous and helpful, which made the day so much better and easier for everyone involved. I used this company for my wedding in 7/2011 and I cant believe what they did. They literally rushed us out of the church and barely let us take pictures at the beach. One limo got a flat and they sent a limo I specifically told them that I hated when i signed the contract with no water, soda or alcohol. It was 95 degrees out when I got married my father had to give the guys drinks. Then after all their rushing us we wound up at the hall an hour early the other brides wedding was still going on and we had paid for the extra hour that we didnt get. I made them refund me some money. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. read more

They were amazing! I saw these guys at a bridal expo and just loved the trolley! So I booked it and it was amazing. Tom, our driver, was unbelievable. He was the sweetest and I just loved him! He was on time and so patient. When he came to pick me and my family up he even opened the back of the trolley for the kids so they had something to do while they were waiting for me. He held my dress for me when I got out of the trolley up until the walkway to where we were doing our reveal. Margaret was very easy to work with, but just make sure you call her instead of e-mail her as it's easier to get in touch with her that way. I also have to say this was very reasonable for them to pick us up, have the trolley for three hours, and then come back for a pick up. I'm so happy I found them! read more

Worst worst worst experience with this company please be careful booking with them...look else where. They overbook and doesn't give you over time. The limo driver will threaten to leave you behide and also make a scene. Wedding is your day, you don't want to make the same mistake i make book with this rude company. FYI I was only over 20 min. Wedding was on 10/08/11 and they almost ruined my wedding. I love Cruise Control limo. My mom was coming back from vacation and I was going to pick her up at the train station after she took the train from JFK. Her flight was delayed and ended up not due in until 12:30am. I didn't want my mom waiting for a train at Jamaica for an hour at midnight, but it was right after the blizzard and there was no way I could get all the way to the airport. I called Cruise Control at 8pm in a panic, he tracked down a driver and had him waiting for my mom at baggage claim. Really a life saver! read more

DO NOT USE THEM! We hired Cruise Control Limo for our wedding and it was a NIGHTMARE. We spoke to the owner a few days before the wedding to modify some timelines (we actually needed the limo picking up the bridal party for FEWER hours) and they failed to change the time in their records so the limo driver came early and complained not only to the groomsmen but also to the bridesmaids and had such a horrible attitude claiming "we made him wait." We also had a trolley taking guests from the hotel to the venue and not only did the driver KICK OUT 6 people from the trolley telling them he was "over capacity" (which was not true because my cousin was on the bus sitting up front and she counted the people on the bus and it was well within the 26 person capacity and the seats weren't even filled up). To make matters worse, it was pouring rain on our wedding day and the trolley driver refused to pull under the awning when dropping off the guests at our venue, so they were forced to walk in the rain to the doors (even after my cousin pleaded with him to pull under the awning). I found all of this out the week after my wedding, and when I called and spoke with Margaret the owner she could care LESS and told me that WE changed the schedule back to make it early again for the limo driver (UNTRUE), and that the trolley driver specifically called her and said the trolley was over capacity so he had to kick people out (ALSO UNTRUE). When I told my cousin what I heard from the owner, she said that was a complete LIE and that she was sitting in front of the trolley driver the entire time and he NEVER made any phone calls, and that when he kicked 6 people off the trolley, there were many empty seats (therefore the trolley was NOT at capacity). I was completely humiliated that my guests had to witness that, and that we had to endure such horrible attitudes from the drivers. Horrible experience. read more
