Mess left from doing recall work. Tech didn't clean up anything.

Dropped off my RV Feb for 1, 2023 for a recall on the main slide. Also was having trouble with my black, gray and water tanks not accurately reading the individual fluid levels. They were showing full when the tanks were actually empty. Also on the touch screen that controls the entire coach the generator would not turn off from the pad. I had to manually go into the rear storage box and turn off the generator every time I used it which got old at night or early in the am when its cold out. On the slide work it appears they made the fix but did not clean up any of the mess (see pic). On my fixing my level sensors they did not get the work done at all because they claim they were waiting on the warranty company because this was a big labor job, however, this is a 2023 rig and I also have an aftermarket warranty. On the generator they claimed there wasn't an issue and it worked as it should. In addition, they opened up my valves on both the black and gray water tanks to completely dry them out but never closed the valves. Luckily I caught it before showering or using the restroom or that would have been a huge mess. This is after having my 2023 RV from Feb 1-Feb 20th. Basically nothing got fixed except the slide out recall and an oil change they discounted because they charged me way too much in labor. I want to say $400 labor just for an oil change I could do myself in 45 minutes but did not because its under warranty. Also wanted Starlink and they never even looked into it. My service manager Jacob also never provided one update. All communication was initiated by me. I also never complain or write bad reviews but these guys literally screwed up ever aspect of the experience. I will never go back! Scott

No. But take a drive up and down Main Street and find one that is. I used (and was abused by) no fewer than three service companies along Main Street before I found AZ RV Supercenter. One company (just to the east of them) repaired my generator to gas tank connection only to leave me stranded just hours later leaking gas in a Costco parking lot. One charged me so much for minor repairs I had to take out a second mortgage on my home and get a part time job. Is it sometimes hard to get a hold of the service department? Yes. Are they always exactly on time to complete the work? No. But the mechanical world of RV's and coaches is as unpredictable as any industry and the more thorough they are, the more time it takes to handle concerns. The more time it takes to handle my concern, the more your concern is pushed out into the future and vice versa. Above all those things I want honesty and fair pricing. I get that with these guys. I've learned to give RV service people a wide berth. I give 7-10 days longer for repairs than what I think I should allot and I have never been disappointed. I don't drop off my rig the week leading up to a holiday and I don't make unrealistic demands. I want them to be thorough and if, as is often the case, they find something wrong that wasn't part of the original issue I want it addressed for safety and peace of mind. Anna Marie runs the service department. You will recognize her as the one who gets things done. Nobody busts their butt more than that woman and it would be wise if you brought her flowers and/or chocolates routinely because she is so valuable to the process. Once, while at NASCAR, we blew a water pump on day one and had no idea what to do, so I called Anna Marie. She just happened to have a mobile unit working NASCAR and (although they were booked) within an hour she had the guy installing a new one in my rig. I expected to pay standard NASCAR gouging fees for the new water pump and they charged me what they would have charged if I would have brought it in to the shop. How's that for service? I have yet to deal with anyone who provides more honest service with similar pricing and I've been to a large handful over the years. Thank you Anna Marie and crew!

Rowley White was paid to repair and reseal the shower after a significant water leak. However, the shower began leaking again. After reviewing the caulking more closely, the workmanship appeared unacceptable. Areas had little or no caulk, there were large gaps, and it appeared that old, yellowed caulk had not been properly removed before new caulk was applied over it. See attached photos Instead of taking responsibility and professionally addressing these concerns, the service manager, Jeremy Solaro, became rude and dismissive. During a recorded conversation, he stated that he was "done with me" and was "not going to do this anymore." When I requested that the repair be handled at their Phoenix location because of the travel burden and my increasingly negative interactions with him, I was told, "It has to be done here." I was not asking for anything unreasonable. I simply wanted the work that had already been paid for to be completed correctly and the recurring leak properly investigated. Rather than focusing on resolving the workmanship issues, management appeared more concerned with defending the repair and blaming maintenance. Most concerning, after I called the dealership out regarding the poor workmanship and continued to request accountability, I was informed that I was banned from returning as a customer. A dealership should stand behind its work, treat customers respectfully, and correct legitimate workmanship concerns. Customers should not be punished or banned for questioning repairs that appear incomplete or improperly performed. Based on my experience with both the shower repair and the treatment I received from management, I cannot recommend Rowley White RV.

1 STAR -- BUYER BEWARE! Think Twice Before Buying From Camping World Mesa…read more Our experience with Camping World Mesa has been an absolute nightmare, and I feel other buyers deserve to know what they may be getting themselves into. We purchased a 2022 Forest River travel trailer in September 2025. Within ONE WEEK, we discovered a roof leak and immediately brought the trailer back to Camping World. We were told it had been repaired. We took the trailer on our first camping trip in October 2025, only to discover that it was leaking again. We brought it back, and this time we were told they had to reseal it. Unfortunately, the story doesn't end there. More recently, we discovered water coming into the trailer again. When we brought it back, we were told that the warranty claim was denied. Let that sink in: We purchased a trailer from them, found a leak within a week, were told it was repaired, had it leak again on our first camping trip, had it resealed, and now we're dealing with water intrusion again -- and apparently that's our problem. And then there's the oven knob. The oven knob was missing FROM DAY ONE. We waited approximately 12 MONTHS for a replacement knob. At one point, Camping World tried to replace our entire oven because we were told the original oven was "obsolete." The replacement oven they installed was at least two inches shorter than the original, leaving an unacceptable fit. I told them that was not an acceptable replacement, and thankfully they eventually located the correct knob for our original oven and put the original oven back in. You would think that would be the end of it. It wasn't. When we went to pick up our trailer after this latest visit, we noticed bulging around the door area that absolutely was NOT there when we dropped the trailer off just days earlier. Camping World's explanation? The heat caused it. And their response? They said they weren't responsible. At this point, we have spent an incredible amount of time dealing with repeated problems that should never have happened in the first place. A trailer should not be sold with an existing leak. A repair should actually FIX the leak. Customers shouldn't have to wait a year for an oven knob that was missing when they bought the trailer. And damage that appears while your trailer is in a facility's possession should at least be taken seriously and investigated rather than simply dismissed. Our experience has been repeated leaks, repeated trips back to the dealership, months and months of waiting, an unacceptable attempted oven replacement, and now new damage that wasn't there when we dropped it off. We bought a trailer because we wanted to enjoy camping and make memories with our family -- not spend our time fighting to get basic issues addressed. BUYER BEWARE. If you're considering purchasing a trailer from Camping World Mesa, I strongly recommend doing your homework, having the trailer independently inspected, documenting EVERYTHING, and getting every promise in writing. Our experience has left us extremely disappointed and frustrated, and based on what we've experienced, we cannot recommend Camping World Mesa. 1 STAR -- and only because zero stars isn't an option.

From the start, Carole, our sales rep, was incredible--friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. She helped us explore the options, answered all our questions, and guided us through the entire process with professionalism and care. We also interacted several times with Jamie, the sales manager, who was helpful, attentive, and supportive throughout. He made sure things stayed on track and contributed to the positive experience. We showed them the written offer from Camping World for our trade-in, and they immediately matched the $15,000 value--no hassle, no runaround, just straightforward and fair. In finance, Andrew and Kyle were excellent--clear, efficient, and easy to work with. Everything was explained up front, and the paperwork process was smooth and stress-free. And James B.--the real MVP--walked us through both of our new campers. He was incredibly patient and thorough, taking the time to explain every detail and feature. He made sure we were fully comfortable before we drove away, and we truly appreciated his care and expertise. We left that day with two new campers--one for us and one for our son--and felt confident and well taken care of from start to finish. If you're shopping for a camper or RV in the Mesa area, skip the hassle and head straight to Little Dealer, Little Prices. We left as truly happy campers--thanks to an outstanding team that delivered the experience every buyer hopes for.googl
