If a patron is there and has 10 minutes to shop give them their 10 minutes then lock the front door and then come and ask us if we've chosen or need help with any of the merchandise and let us know that the store has closed but come to the checkout when we have decided on what we'd like. Just saying we quickly and I mean quickly, grabbed a harness off the shelf and made it to the counter much quicker than she expected I guess.

We were warmly greeted by a kitty upon our arrival. He didn't even try to run out of the store! Their case in the back of the store had several different options of biscuits to bring home in cute shapes! We opted for the lobster biscuit (we were in New England after all!). The only reason I knocked off a star is because the biscuit was a little bit hard for her to chew and the red dye in the icing got ALL over her beard and on the rug. She said it was alright and I could take the guppy. I came back today wanting to get that same guppy some friends of his kind for my 40gal. I saw her again but she was occupied so I asked a gentleman that was in the fish area if he could collect some for me & he was a bit stressed trying to explain that he couldn't. When I asked if we could ask his boss (which turned out to be the lady who sold me the fishes in the first place) I was relieved thinking she would understand. But she was very snappy, didn't take the time to explain to him whatever it was she was saying. & then she yelled to him "if it's not in the inventory I don't care" ... Not sure if it was just a bad day, but I felt so uncomfortable and sad for the guy, he didn't even mean to upset her & I can tell he's genuinely trying his best in that store. She definitely wasn't in a rush to do anything because I saw her minutes later chatting with another employee. Hope they show him some more compassion. I ended up just grabbing a snail and getting out quickly. Won't be back again.

I spent last month in NC with my dogs, and while I was there I got his nails done and they barely cut them at all! Most of his nails are clear and his quicks aren't that long so I'm not sure why there was such a difference between the results, but we went back to Kissable Paws two days ago and his nails are back to their normal length now. We were also in and out in under 10 minute which was great.

"adolescent" Lab/Mastiff rescue who just became too hard for us to manage safely. Sarah gave us the tools and coaching we needed so that we can now once again walk Finn in public, have people come to the door and enter our house without issues, and take Finn to the vet without problems. I can work remotely in peace! I say "rewarding" because at our weekly training sessions it was amazing to see what Finn could do once properly trained and more importantly, how much he wanted to succeed. Above and beyond, we enjoy being with Finn again and I think that he's a happier pup as well . I highly recommend Dog Coach for anyone who is struggling with issues with their pup. Sarah started working with us and our Greater Swiss Mountain dog pup when he was 3 months and…read moregaining 5 lbs a week (FYI this breed will weigh in at 150 lbs full grown). So we needed to get him under control and fast. After only 3 sessions with Sarah our pup is a model citizen. It's to the point that we can take him anywhere and he just sits by our side patiently waiting for us to lead the way. He's about 6 months now and i never thought he'd be this well behaved. I can even leave a bag of treats at nose level, OPENED and he wont touch them. Calling her was the best thing we did...besides getting our puppy of course :-)
