They solved all our problems that resulted from using the WRONG windows and blinds company. We bought woven blinds from Budget Blinds only a year ago. Working with BB was taxing, and by the end, we felt dissatisfied and badly treated. The blinds we purchased from them broke within a year and, although BB facilitated the warranty to get us replacement blinds, the new blinds were redesigned and had new hardware. They didn't necessarily just fit in place. BB said one was not replaceable due to its size and I could pay full price for a larger sized new one. When I appealed to BB to help with installation the owner sent me an email insisting he would not send anyone to install the blinds. We reached out to VSC Windows and Landon and Lisa came, installed the new blinds, returned a second time with better hardware for the door shade, took time to look at the troubles we were having with the mechanism on some blinds that were starting to show signs of failure. They explained the changes in the functioning of the new blinds and best of all, they didn't just throw up their hands and say nothing could be done for the blind that was no longer made in that size. They spoke to the company, came up with a creative solution, and helped honor the warranty by ordering the new blind as a free replacement. Honestly, the contrast between the two companies is dramatic! VSC is a model of competence and service and decency. I can not express strongly enough that this is the company to hire for any window covering order big or small. By contrast with our experience elsewhere, we now know VSC will be our blind company as we finish the remodel in the rest of our home in Eugene. We highly recommend you skip any other company to avoid our problems and go right to this decent company for excellent service.
