There are very few things more important to me that my cat. She rescued me when I saw her at the shelter. Yep, I am the crazy cat lady when I travel my cat travels with me and she has her own tickets/seat. She is now considered a senior cat with a terminal illness. We moved to Iowa a year ago. Lorrie was fantastic, she helped me set up a meeting with Kim to pick up keys and meet our dog within 24 hours after calling to start walking just 48 hours later. I have had 2 fabulous experiences with Fetch! so far, and am sure I will have many more in the future. Both times I requested pet sitter visits at the last minute, and both times Fetch! was willing and able to accommodate my crazy schedule. The sitters that came to my place both did an excellent job, and even left new treats and a detailed note recapping all the things they had done together with my dog. I have only recently moved into the Des Moines area, and the sitter even left a Des Moines coupon book at my apartment for me! I have tried a couple of pet care companies in the Des Moines area, and have yet to find one as great as Fetch! Boarding my pup just isn't the same as the in-home care and personal attention I know he's getting when I call Fetch! read more

I've had a 5-day experience with Fetch taking care of my dog at noontime. My dog thinks she has a new playmate. Mary was willing to get right down on the floor to get to know my dog and cat. Fetch! Pet Care of Metro Des Moines is THE BEST!!!! My family could not be happier with their services. My dog is a little leery of new people. Not a problem. Our family and the dog meet the sitters (in our home) before their service starts. They even took her on a quick trial walk (around the block) to ensure there wasn't any major problems. Top notch service all the time. Fetch! Owners are so very genuine which is reflected in the staff they hire. Sweet, caring, genuine people. After every visit they leave a journal entry and also a text message (even a picture sometimes) and it just makes our day! Very reassuring. My dog loves it and so do we.
