On Monday I called the company and was told that we would receive a discount however she had to talk with her boss first. We have not heard from them since. I have attempted multiple times to call since then but the mailbox is always full. The voice message states you can text which I have done several times. I have also sent emails to the addresses listed on the website, still nothing. These kids paid for this bus plus a 20% tip for the driver out of their own pockets. They would have chosen to drive themselves if this was the only bus available. It is not even on their website. Definitely would NOT recommend this company!!

We hired a hummer limo for the wedding party and an executive coach bus for our out-of-town guests. We came to Showtime with a particularly challenging wedding timeline. Separate ceremony and reception venues, 40 minutes apart, with over half of guests coming in from out-of-town. During the busiest wedding month of the year, October. Our wedding ceremony was at Marjorie Powell Allen Chapel & our wedding reception was at The Guild in downtown KC. The limo went from the hotel to the salon to the ceremony to reception. The bus went from the hotel to the ceremony to reception. After the reception, guests were on their own and it worked out fine. Our only minor complaint was the AC wasn't working on either the limo or the bus. Since it was October, it was bearable & we were able to work out a partial refund with Showtime. Overall, Showtime was professional with excellent customer service. We would hire them again.

I've brought our company bus to Masters Transportation several times for service, and they've…read morealways done a great job. On our most recent visit, we were dealing with issues related to the alternator and the battery not holding a charge. Since we had the alternator replaced just under a year ago, it was still under warranty--but unfortunately, the warranty only covered parts, not labor. We paid the bill and drove the bus back to our studio, only to have the battery light come on again and signs of power loss. I called them immediately to explain what was happening. They told me to keep an eye on it and to contact them if the issue persisted. Sure enough, the next day the bus wouldn't start at all. When I called again, I was reminded that if the alternator was indeed faulty, the part would be replaced under warranty, but labor would not be covered. Honestly, I was frustrated--paying labor again for something that should've worked the first time just didn't seem right. To my surprise (and relief), they really listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to make it right. They towed the bus back to their service center, replaced the alternator, the battery, and several other components--all at no cost to us. That level of customer care is rare these days. I absolutely appreciate when a company takes responsibility and goes the extra mile to make things right. Masters Transportation did exactly that. I picked up the bus today, and everything is running perfectly. In a world where we often only hear about the bad experiences, I wanted to share a great one. Masters stood behind their work and truly made good on a tough situation. I'm very happy with the outcome and will definitely continue to bring our business to them. Highly recommend!
