They said they didn't replace the main drain line because it was, according to them, still good and only had "small holes" in it. When the foundation repair company came in they said the reason my house was sinking in the middle was because the main drain pipe had a large hole in it. They took video of it and it was the size of 2 softballs! We have contacted them to have them complete the work and they have blown us off. The owner even screamed at my brother in a profanity laced tirade about how they weren't going to fix it. We were overcharged for their crappy work! Avoid Northern Plumbing!
