I put my name in the kiosk for a simple eyebrow threading with a ZERO minute wait. The lady who did a previous client's brows was on the phone seeing that I had booked the service. Then another lady came in and she took her immediately. That was highly unprofessional considering that I had booked the service 10 minutes before the lady came in. It would take no more than 5 minutes for threading and she pretended that she didn't even see me. I would not recommend this business at all. Then once I was acknowledged, they were talking about how I didn't even put my name in the kiosk WHICH I DID! Moving forward, I would not come here. This place is great. Quick easy brows. I'd have liked a more comfortable chair but she was quick and very sweet. I even asked her to apply very gentle pressure and there was no fuss. Update: the lady that did my brows before is no longer here and I tried who was available. The photo shown is the end result of my brow threading and tinting. I asked for brown. She insisted on black ... ok as long as it doesn't look too dark. The lady suggested it'd be fine because it was a "soft" black. ‍ nothing about my brows were straight or "muted" as I wanted. I asked for them to be removed and it was then that I truly noticed the horror. There was an 11" gap between my eye brows and to make up for the gap the tint extended beyond the corner of my eyes into an abyss yet to be named. The lady that drew the crescent moons on my forehead kept trying to convince me that the work she had done "look nice." As other patrons could not help but to stare. Thank you to the young lady that was bold enough to offer a few tips to remove the beastly brows I paid $40 for. He had told me he was going to have a bigger store right across, and sure enough it's a lot more spacious and elegant looking. Had a young lady that I've seen before, and she was okay. Not as gentle as the other lady I had last but she wasn't too pushy like the other. She did offer a few things such as side burns and brow shadow but I said no andl she stopped asking which is good, bc if you're too pushy it makes the customer feel uncomfortable like they really need it. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They are very disrespectful and lack any kind of customer service skills the ladies were super rude and was talking about me in front of my face and behind my back in a foreign language. I went there 2 weeks ago to get my eyebrows threaded and tinted and when the tint faded away I noticed they gave me a bald spot. When I went to talk to then about it they told me I must have done that to myself or I should have noticed the bald spot before I left two weeks ago (see picture attached and see if you can see the bald spot). After talking to them they changed the story multiple times in how the bald spot got their including telling me they remembered I said I wanted my eyebrows thin when I literally despise thin eyebrows on myself instead of just admitting they made a mistake. They also tried to convince me the bald spot was caused by an imaginary scar that they kept saying was in different spots. It sucks they were not willing to rectify this situation in any way because I have been coming here for over a year and thought they were a decent eyebrow spot but after how they treated me over THEIR mistake I will never come here or recommend this place again. All the bad reviews are true! I went to get my lash extensions removed during my lunch break. Nobody greeted me when I came in. It was my first time there and nobody sat at the front desk, so I did not know I had to sign-in. The older lady in the shop watched me walk in and sit down, still not saying anything to me. It wasn't until a younger lady walked up from the back of the store that I was told to sign in. Upon signing in, the older lady took me to one of the back rooms to begin removing my extensions. Before she started she was questioning why I didn't go to the person who put my extensions on to have them removed. I personally didn't think that it was any of her business to ask me that. Anyway, she put the remover on my eyes and began removing the lashes. MY EYES BURNED THE ENTIRE TIME. I let her know multiple times that the product was getting in my eye but she kept aggressively telling me to stop. She even told me that she would clean my eyes off and have me pay, despite her not finishing with my lashes. Not only were my eyes burning, I had to endure the smell of onions coming from her hands. After what felt like forever, she finally finished. I paid and left without a word. I went 2/22/23. It's the next day and after two showers and multiple eye rinses, my eyes still burn. Nice Salon, however the older lady is very rude. I'be never been here before and she was so rushing. It wasn't a " Hello how are you today?" It was more of a "have a seat" I couldn't even get situated and let her know what I wanted. So I while she was starting I politely let her know, it wasn't and "ok" it was a "stop moving". The person who did for me was rushing to finish faster instead of taking care on not to hurt me with scars. She was not even guiding me where to hold while doing both eyebrows and upper lips . I came here to get my eyebrows done and I left pissed off with decent eyebrows. The lady did the right one first then she showed me what it looked like. I was immediately disturbed... My eyebrow looked like she sneezed during mid thread. I expressed to her my crooked a** eyebrow.... And had to speak with God before sitting back in the chair so that my left brow could be addressed (no point in having one brow done) luckily she didn't jacked the left one up. After she was done I asked for tweezers so that I could even my eyebrows up...as worked MY magic she proceeded to make excuses... After politely dismissing her BS I thanked her and paid full price and luckily I left content (thanks to my knowing how to tweeze my own brows and keeping a brow pencil handy) Will I go back ? I usually get my eyebrows done here weekday mornings and they've done pretty well so far. Well this weekend, I went to get my eyebrows done at night and this lady was so rough with me. She grabbed my hand and corrected the way I'm supposed to be holding my eyebrows. Like, hello? can you atleast be gentle. Then I don't know why her threads are going in my mouth.
