I scheduled a service for 10am on a Thursday. By noon, no one had shown up so I messaged them asking for an update. Turns out they made a scheduling mistake... ok, no biggie. They offered to come at 4pm so my wife and I re arranged other plans to make it work. At 430pm, I see him arrive out front of our house. Then I proceed to get a message saying that he cannot do the service as scheduled. I asked what had happened and still have not heard back. Very frustrating and an unprofessional approach in my opinion. Will take our business elsewhere! read more

Sal is a one of a kind owner... caring, honest and so friendly. I actually had to talk him into charging me more!!! He had inadvertently quoted me an old amount (from the awesome job he did a couple years ago for me) even though I asked him to do a whole lot more this time. When he went to charge me the lesser amount I said it should be much higher this time. I had to talk with him for several minutes to get him to take more and still it was not as much as he should have charged me. He is really THAT good of a guy and business owner.
