To his credit it was late afternoon when he washed them, but the next morning in the sunlight, you could see the film and residue on the windows. See my photos. I texted him with photos to let him know, and he said he would come back. He didn't show yesterday or communicate with me to let me know he needed to reschedule. He didn't use squeegees, just microfiber cloths and a scrubber. I would not recommend.

Metal vent hood was almost madE worse with streaks & soap residue left. I was charged extra for a spring clean & place was just cleaned very basic to poorly. Definitely feel ripped off.
