I contacted Levi through Yelp and he responded quickly. We met at the house one evening to review the damages and repairs needed. He promptly provided a quote by the next day if not that same evening. I felt it was a fair quote and price for the amount of repairs needed considering the unknown of the extent of the interior floor damage. The quote listed the down payment needed for materials for the job. I accepted the quote and Levi put me on his schedule for about 3 weeks out. He said repairs would take about 5 days at the time of the estimate and it took 4 1/2 days. Repairs were quality. I am very happy and pleased with my repairs and experience. Highly recommend. I have a few other smaller projects that will need to be done in the future and I will definitely call Levi at Bassett Construction again for my other repair needs.

He sent someone over to fix it when it 1st started, and they told me the floor was not prepped properly!! I took him to small claims court after a year of trying to work something out. His offer was for me to buy more flooring and he'd install it at a discounted price!!!! I'll assume he thinks senior = stupid. I won in court! Now he won't pay what the judge awarded me! He's taking advantage of a senior and woman. The court sent him an asset form to fill out and he put down zero for everything. My attorney found out he changed the name of his business from Rhino's Remodeling and Repair LLC to Rhino's Remodeling LLC the same day we were in court and I won! Seems like he knew what to expect and what to do to get out of paying. IMHO PLEASE STAY AWAY

Starting with the initial phone call, he wouldn't set a specific appointment and I felt his professionalism was lacking. Anyway, he called when he was in the area and asked to come out. He was my third estimate. So, I had seen what other roofers did as an inspection. No one else went up on the roof with a tape measure; very old school, and not desirable. This is the kicker: when we talked about financing he said he only takes cash! He's old definitely old school! I'm sorry to say if I hear the Southern accent in regards to a business transaction from here on I'll pass. He's not the first native Georgian to come to my home and say this. We're talking about a lot of money! The thinking is backward! No one with any sense does business this way!!!
