They always treated me with respect and were eager to help me with my chronic headaches. The front desk staff as well are superb--they are kind, caring and work hard to make sure all clients needs are met including reminder calls, working out billing issues etc. The office Manager is fantastic as well-she always was in a good mood and kept me updated if the Chiropractors were running late etc. They try to fit as many appointments as possible into every hr so often there could be a bit of a wait when you get into one of the rooms and they are a bit rushed to have your treatment completed. Unfortunately, the extensive amounts of appointments and money spent did not help my headaches in the end. I went for multiple months and at first 4 days/week for a while, then 3 days and eventually twice a week. I also was paying out of pocket until I met my insurance deductible as well. I suffer from a rare type of headache disorder which does not respond well to Chiropractic Care it seems and perhaps made it worse--I have been going regularly to Physical Therapy and that has given me some relief. Just understand that Chiropractic care will not help EVERYONE, and they do extensive testing to try to design a care plan for you but it is not guaranteed to help in the end...I am glad I gave it a shot however.

He fully repaired my ankle (which had chronic sprains; every 3-4 weeks, a new sprain! Oh boy!) whereas other doctors suggested physical therapy alone, which I had done 4 times with no improvement. Dr. McWilliam has excellent bedside manner and was willing to actually listen to my concerns, regardless of my age, and also fully and frankly explained what was wrong/what complications I could expect with various treatment options. Ultimately, I opted for surgical repair, and he did an excellent job. His office staff are fantastic and caring, and the entire team took care of me while I was healing. Overall, I would DEFINITELY recommend Dr. McWilliam if you want a thorough, no nonsense physician to treat you.

My interactions with the office staff have been consistently frustrating and, at times, upsetting. They often come across as rude, dismissive, and combative, making patients feel like they are a nuisance simply for calling the office. On one occasion, a staff member answered the phone by saying, "What do you want?" in an abrasive tone, which was completely unprofessional. Michelle, in particular, has repeatedly been difficult to work with and has come across as unkind and unwilling to help. Phone calls frequently go unanswered or are never returned, appointments have been scheduled incorrectly, and I've received conflicting information from the office on multiple occasions. Instead of helping resolve issues, interactions often create more confusion and unnecessary stress. It's incredibly disappointing because the physicians provide exceptional care, but the front office experience consistently falls far below that standard. I sincerely hope the practice addresses these concerns, as patients deserve to be treated with courtesy, respect, and professionalism from the moment they contact the office.

I had a transverse fracture of the 4th metacarpal bone in my right hand and went to an ER late on a…read moreMonday night. Tuesday afternoon I saw Dr Elia, and 2 days later he operated on it at an outpatient facility, inserting a titanium plate and 4 screws to realign the bone and gave me a splint to keep it in place. I had a several follow-up appointments in which he x-rayed my hand and looked at the progress of the healing. After about 5 weeks I didn't need the splint and started occupational therapy to regain range of motion and strength in the hand. It took about 5-6 weeks of OT to regain full RoM. Dr. Elia did an excellent job. My hand has healed really well, and the scarring is minimal. I don't feel the plate in my hand. Another doctor who I saw for a different issue examined my knuckles and flexibility of the hand and said it looked great, he was surprised that the doc who did it was not a hand specialist. The occupational therapist I worked with and a dermatologist both said my scarring was less than they have seen in other patients with different surgeons. Furthermore, Dr. Elia answered my questions directly, accurately, and frankly, whether they were about treatment options, how many times a year he typically did procedures like this or what the expected recovery time would be.

Dr. Lise Youkeles look me in my eyes told me I will take care you! I was unable to breath and no energy . Dr. Youkeles work on me and between Dr. Youkeles knowledge and meditations, breathing devices I have received a clean bill of health. My ct scans have shown my lungs are clear and infection is gone!
