The man acted more like a coach than a doc, have to say that made me feel comfortable.. The procedure took two different weekends and about an hour for each leg. I have to say I feel great, better then before. Best vein doctor I have met, and not a person that will beat around the Bush . In the operating room there were a lot of other people And they took the time to all introduce themselves, explained why they were there and what their duties would be. Look at your 1 star ratings - there are so many - it will keep you reading for awhile. the information shared on the ratings is enough to make change if you wanted. My review is nothing new. Again , this place is a disgrace and no one should place a love one there. This is not just me or other families. A doctor from a hospital spoke to staff after the grove caused the patient a trip to the er which resulted in deterioration of the patient. After getting off the phone the doctor turned to me and was in disbelief noting the lack of knowledge and how grossly unprofessional the medical staff member was. Just prior to this, my mom had been at another facility for less than an hour, where absolutely nothing was done. We brought her back home because it was clear she wasn't receiving the care she needed. The contrast with The Grove has been night and day. In just 12 days at The Grove, we have already had an in-person care team meeting. Together, we agreed that my mom should see a specialist physician. The meeting was yesterday at 1:00 PM--and by this morning, I had already received a call with an update confirming that the physician had seen her. If that isn't true care, I don't know what is. Do not hesitate to bring your loved one here. They will be fully taken care of with patience, compassion, and dignity. And just as importantly, the family members are also supported and treated with kindness. We will forever be grateful. We will spend the first 3 days without any rehabilitation because no one is available during the weekend. No physical, occupational or speech therapy in a hospital that caters to rehabilitation. My son was feeling warm Saturday night and I asked for his temperature to be taken. They used a wand thermometer that read 98.7 degrees. I refused to believe he didn't have a fever and I insisted that they recheck with an internal thermometer. After checking it read 100.3. We are in a tiny confined area with no privacy. They also have other pediatrician who work after hours in case of emergency. I definitely recommend. I think I'll stay here till my kids turn 21 which I think is the age limit. They're 17 now
