BEWARE!!!! ***NO BUSINESS LICENSE OR INSURANCE*** NOT A LEGIT COMPANY**** Hector did a wrap on my Bentley GT SPEED last week. I trusted that the car was in good hands and would be returned safely to me. After having my car for a week in which took him longer due to him overbooking his work and stretching himself thin to where he just does small pieces here and there. Hector is a Quantity and NOT QUALITY guy. After getting my car back I had noticed that he broke two lights, my headlight rings, cracked my front grille, damaged my Bentley Emblem and was unable to put my door panels back on correctly. During this process he also damaged the window seals and frames causing water intrusion and wind noise. When he removed the front grille and bumper it also damaged my headlight washers. Hector then put superglue and electrical tape to try and hold it back on. HECTOR LIED and never divulged that information. He WILL damage your car and then try and hide it from you. See attached pics of texts and damage. Estimated damage to the vehicle is to be around $6-7K. He's a modern day SCAMMER with all the tricks on how not to do the job correctly. ****Evidently this review has had complaints. The 'owner's' name has been altered. Otherwise, this is an accurate account of my experience. My husband witnessed the entire interaction on August 4th 2018. After stressing how new my Jeep is and repeatedly asking H***** to promise not to damage the trim on my vehicle... An hour later that's exactly what he did. Two razor marks on the driver side interior door panel, a scratched bezel, and a sliced window gasket. Do NOT bring your car here! Sure, he didn't make me pay... BUT, it's of little consolation. I'm looking at a minimum of $600 to replace the pieces he damaged plus labor. Oh, and the tint was creased and scratched during the install. Bubbles galore. Now it's going to cost even more to have it removed and tinted properly. This guy is a liar! He tinted my windows on my truck and my wife's windows on her car. It has been less than 1 year and the windows on my wife's car started bubbling. He stated when he originally did the windows that there was a lifetime warranty. So I text him multiple times over a few months and he was impossible to get ahold of. Finally he text me back and set up an appointment to come fix the windows. He never showed, never called and will no longer answer my calls or text. The finish looks really nice, but in only about 3 weeks weird streaks and small bubbles started to form on all 4 windows. I didn't wash my car nor did I roll down my windows within those 5 days. I contacted him on Facebook to ask if there was any way to get this fixed and he obviously read it from that little indication but he never replied. Pretty decent price, but you'd be better off going to some place that is maybe more pricey, but still of customer satisfactory concern even after paying.
