At 2pm the following day i had not heard from him, he never requested any contact information so i reached out confirming our 3 pm appointment. Needed my wife's very dirty car detailed (detailed inside and out - [carpets did not need scrubbing], clay barred, 1 year ceramic coating) to surprise her when she returned from a biz trip on 8/1. Derick's squeezed me in on the following Thursday (7/31) late afternoon. It took them about 2 1/2 hours to complete the job. Note: I quoted 2 other detailing companies. I will start by saying I do not typically post reviews unless I am very happy or very unhappy about my dealings with the companies being reviewed. I am very pleased to say this review of Derick's Mobile Detailing was written due to the outstanding quality of work and customer service I received from Derick during my first interaction with him. I recently purchased a new 2024 Ford Ranger Rapture and decided to apply a ceramic coating to to protect the paint. This was not the first vehicle I had ceramic coated but I decided to look around for a new automotive detailer based on the poor service I received from other companies in the past. When I first contacted Derick, he explained my options and prices based on my needs. He explained paint correction was usually recommended as part of the ceramic coat process even though the vehicle was brand new with only about 500 miles on it. I knew this to be true based on my previous experience with other ceramic coat detailing companies. Derick told me he would have to look at the vehicle before determining whether or not paint correction was required. To make a long story short, after inspecting my truck Derick told me paint correction was not required which saved me money on the job. He could have easily told me the opposite and charged me extra for something I didn't need, but he was honest and did not overcharge me for something I didn't need. Derick also offered to take me home and bring me back to pick up my truck once we agreed to have the work done at his location rather than mine since my location was not suitable to accommodate the work. Derick did an excellent job on my truck and his attention to detail was impeccable. He also treated my wheels with a heat resistant coating and treated all windows with a water repellent coating. I could not be happier with the quality of work, honestly and customer service I received from Derick's Mobile Detailing. I will continue to go to Derick for all my future automotive detailing needs and highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality work, honesty and great prices for automotive detail work. read more

I am so happy that I found a company that is 10/10 on customer service and 10/10 on quality of work. I reached Derick through Yelp then text. Derick responded quickly and shared a menu of what is offered. I opted for just a wash and interior vacuum as I just had my car detailed. Derick arrived on time and answered any questions I had. Don't even bother looking at the other detailers. I've been in the car industry a long time and I've used a lot of detailers over the last 20 years. No one has done a job as spectacular as Derick! Derick detailed my son's Pathfinder today. Unfortunately, this Pathfinder is only 6 months old but looks like our 4 year old German Shepherd lives in it.
