When I went to check the delivery status, I realized the order I thought I'd placed last week was still in the shopping cart with my other supplier - I had failed to fully execute the order with my wholesaler, which meant my client would not be getting their signs today! Horrified, I started calling local sign shops there in Idaho Falls and connected with Luke at IF Signs. On the 3rd day I went by again. Employee said he gave my information to his boss or owner.Person he gave the information was there but was busy with a customer. I said to have him give call me when he was done, No call to this date ( 5 days). Bad customer service, and chances are does a bad wrap job. Who else is there with good customer service and does a good wrap? Just a good paying customer I am.

Well not really I want to show her off. That's one of the problems with having a Black vehicle We call my truck Blacky, But they are very hard to keep clean so hopefully his wax and detailing will last a long time. I was told I needed a wheel alignment and agreed to have that done since there was one car on the rack and I was next. Four hours later the car was ready. As I was getting in the car, I saw a greasy hand print on the light colored fabric on the drivers seat. My radio station had been switched and no more than a block away my check engine light came on. I returned to Grease Monkey where I stayed for another hour as they tried to figure out what happened. After over an hour and no one making eye contact, a tech came out to tell me all of the screws in my air box were stripped and a new one would be ordered. They said they would order a new one and call me. I called the store mid week and asked if it was ordered and they said no. Was going to get ordered, I asked. We're talking about it was the reply. So, after five hours in their waiting room, over $250 spent, I have a car with a check engine light on, stained upholstery and a ruined airbox and the 4th of July weekend coming up. Things happen, but the lack of respect Grease Monkey has shown me as a customer and my car is unacceptable and disappointing.

It was the same employee as the first time and she had no recollection of who I was and why I was calling. I again stated why I was calling and left my contact info. That was two weeks ago, no call. I have decided to fix it myself. I will never do business with them again, and I will tell everyone I know about my experience.
