She left early from work for this appointment, and Tony cancelled on her, last minute, with no excuse. My daughter rescheduled for today (Friday again), took leave hours from work again, and come 4:00? No Tony. She called and was given a shaky excuse of "Oh... I scheduled you for NEXT week". Keep in mind they've been holding her $100 for two weeks now. I told him "we're done - refund the money", and was hung up on.
