Israel came out today and did the interior of my Tacoma. It had some minor surface stains on the seats and it was about time to get them shampooed after owning the truck six years. I have two dogs that also ride in the truck. I try to stay on top but it's impossible to get all the fur. Israel was communicative and arrived on time. I briefly showed him some spots on the seats and he immediately went to work. He took about four hours and did a FANTASTIC job. The interior of my truck looks brand new and there isn't a single strand of dog hair. The service was polite and professional and accepted Venmo. I have a German Shepard and we love going to the beach and hiking which build up a lot of dog hair, dirt and sand! My car had also been broken into and the person made a kind of a mess. Jose was on time, friendly, was able to get me in for a next day appt, didn't have to do anything to help him set up, and did an excellent job inside and out! I had been using my mom's car for a few months and wanted to return it in great condition, but my kids lovingly left behind some upholstery stains and general grime that became too much for just me and my shop vac to clean. I am conflicted as I leave this review because I felt that Jose and his assistant were incredibly courteous and professional in the way they spoke to me initially and detailed the front and middle seats of my car, but the beauty they added to my interior was subsequently negated by the damage they did to the paint around the mirrors of my SUV, and their failure to take accountability for the damage they did to my car soured the positivity of their initially pleasant demeanor. I got my car detailed because I'm beginning a job today where I want my clients to feel that the car they're being picked up in looks nice, and the interior of 2/3s of the car certainly feels that way - that said, there's no way my clients are going to miss the ugly swathes of stripped paint around the mirrors which were left in the wake of the detailing job (pictures attached below). I paid $175 to have this service done - a high price which I was willing to budget as a business expense - but the damage they did to the paint around my mirrors is going to cost me at least $300-400 to fix, and now my car will look even worse to my clients than it would have before the detailing job, so honestly I can't say that I was satisfied with my experience with Stay Classy Automotive Detailing because whatever benefits I received from the $175 detailing job are now completely offset by the expensive detail paint job I will need to fix the areas around my mirrors. Furthermore, I didn't appreciate the fact that they denied responsibility for stripping the paint on my mirrors when I confronted them about it afterwards, essentially leaving me no choice but to proceed to post a review about it and warn others lest the same damage be done to their cars and the work not even being comped afterwards to offset some of the damage. Finally, while it could be relatively standard within the expensive world of auto detailing, they didn't even attempt to remove the stains from the mat in the trunk of my car, explaining after the fact that such a service would come at an additional cost. I'm not sure why I'd need to pay more than $175 to have a detail job that includes the full interior of my car being thoroughly cleaned, but apparently that's what you'll have to do if you want to get more than the front and middle seats of your car detailed at Stay Classy. To be honest, in the wake of the experience I'd have to say the only thing that feels "classy" about it is the expensive cost that I paid to get half the amount of work they would have done for me anywhere slightly less "classy" - and you'd best believe that in the future I will be taking my business to a less "classy" place that will actually finish the ~$200 job, and will do it without causing hundreds of dollars worth of damage to my paint job. read more

Showed up on time and let me know when they were on the way. Explained the process and didn't need anything from me (like power or water source)- they had it all out of their vehicle! I asked that they focus on vacuuming as my dog made the inside of my car look like a shag rug. They got most of it out and I only had the *basic* detail option they offered. The outside of my car was extra shiny too. This was way needed and appreciated. First and foremost, service and results are fantastic! The price was a lot cheaper than other quotes so i gave Jose a generous tip. I had to be a little proactive and patient to get an appointment, probably because the company has a lot of business, but in the end, i did get an appt next day. Before the appt Jose texted to tell me he would be late. I didnt mind because i knew that he was taking extra time to do the best job possible with the appt before me. When Jose arrived he told me it would be about 2 hrs but he ended up spending 3. Again, i was understanding and appreciative that he gave the job as much time as it needed. The car i recently bought is older so some of the stains didnt come out which i expected. Jose did, however, do miracles with all the carpet and floor mats. I was certain i was going to have to replace the factory floor mats which would b expensive. I dont now. Jose cleaned them and they look fabulous. Jose gave my 2009 Ford Escape a premium package clean up inside and out 2 months ago when I first purchased the car used. It's literally still flawless. Sure, my car is garaged and a little dust gets on it, but the materials he uses to polish the exterior work really well, and he certainly does not skimp on applying either! It's clearly still working as a great protectant, because the silver on my car looks new as hell still! The interior is awesome too, I can't complain at all.
